Great, safe location in Niles with walkable distance to everything. We loved being close to a playground and local restaurants/coffee shops. The town is very cute and about 35-ish minutes away from St. Joseph and Warren Sand Dunes. Would definitely book again for a relaxing time in MI.”

“The River’s Edge was a perfect location for a great night sleep; as my family and I were on our way to drop off our son at Notre Dame. The loft was beautiful and we felt it was a safe environment. “My colleague and I had a delightful and restful time at the Loft. It was just like the pictures. Our beds were very comfortable. The lines were soft and the bathroom soap and shampoo. products were delightful aromatherapy. We truly enjoyed our time there. The hosts were super and very attentive to answer any question. “This unique stays place was very comfortable and made us have a sense of security which not all Airbnbs have, with spacious and clean bathrooms, bedrooms were also very clean and comfortable. The instructions for entering the place was clear and I personally didn’t have to figure anything out on my own very easy access. The rules of place were nice as well I enjoyed not being in a place we’re smoking/drinking is not allowed. Its definitely worth the money”

Does not hurt that the Iron Shoe is nearby, and that Niles is a gem among many in Michigan. I’d go back any time.”

“Amazing place to stay. The host responded quickly whenever we had any questions. Housekeeping was helpful as well. A hairdryer in each unit would be great. They aren’t expensive. A few forks and knives in the common area would be nice as well. We highly recommend and hope to return again. Thanks for making it snow the first evening. Loft is more for kids and we planned as adults to sleep up there but ceiling was super low and mattress in other corner of stairs. Price a little high but expected on a prime football game day. Overall enjoyed our stay and served its purpose. Thanks for having us!”

“It is a very nicely decorated place, with walking trails around the building. The Unique Stay is above some office building, one has to climb a flight of stairs to get to the units. The loft is nice but not really livable as it is just beside the air vent. The mattress in the second bedroom collapses in the middle, so my son woke up multiple times at night as he felt like falling down if he accidentally rolled into the middle of the bed. We can hear our neighbor throughout our stay and definitely the cleaners in the morning. On the bright side, Sage is extremely tentative with her communication. The check-in process is very smooth and there are 4 TVs in the unit, with only 1 working remote.”
