“Views and house aesthetic is what we base our Airbnb stays on. This house did not disappoint! We walked in and immediately said “wow!” 😍 Sunrise and sunsets were breath taking. 4x4 is a must to get up the mountain, especially in the winter months with snow on the ground. Fun fact- if you walk to the top of the road, you can stand on the NC / SC border. The other houses were close, but it still felt private. Interior was beautifully designed.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Saluda Mountain cabin. The location and views are stunning — peaceful, expansive, and exactly what we were hoping for in the mountains. Every morning and evening felt special just being there. What truly made the experience exceptional was Fred and his family. They were incredibly responsive and kind, always there when we needed anything. During snowy days, they even helped with transportation up the mountain and generously shared local recommendations that made our stay even better. You can really feel that this place is cared for with heart. We felt safe, supported, and completely at ease the entire time. This was both a relaxing getaway and a memorable experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.”

“This mountain house met our expectations and then some. The views were absolutely stunning, and the home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully styled with modern décor. The patios were thoughtfully designed to make the most of space and the scenery, and the private firepit on the deck was a wonderful personal touch. Comfortable furnishings throughout and king-sized beds made it easy to relax and sleep well. We would happily return and highly recommend this mountain getaway.”

“Beautiful cabin and amazing view. Cabin was cozy and clean and exactly as described. It's obvious they put some thought into enjoying the cabin with things like comfortable deck chairs, fire pit, comfy couches. Probably even better in the warmer months too. Would absolutely be back.”

“We stayed over Christmas for 4 nights in the guest house and enjoyed the time there very much. The house itself is a dream and the location is perfect for those who want to enjoy perfect silence away from the hustle and bustle. The equipment is good, the condition is well maintained and the sunrise over the mountains is spectacular. Even if the stay there is very expensive, we will probably come back again. “This was an absolute gorgeous cabin with picturesque sunrises and sunsets. At night, you have a great view of the stars because of the secluded location. The town of Saluda is definitely cute with a few restuarants and gift shops, but if you are looking for things to do, you may want to find a location closer to Hendersonville or Asheville. A few of the parks nearby were closed due to trail damage. But if you are looking to get a way (literally up a dirt road), this is a great place.”

“This is a super clean and well appointed place with a gorgeous view. I would highly recommend arriving during the day due to the dirt and steep roads. Hopefully the vines will be cleared off the last road sign for you because without GPS we wouldn’t have found the house. The property is company managed and they made every attempt to acquire our personal information during our stay. Other than that a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature.”

“This place was absolutely gorgeous! The mountain views were incredible and could be seen from everywhere inside and we loved both the top and bottom level decks — truly breathtaking. It also feels very remote even though its only a short drive into town, literally a dirt/stone road up a mountain which to me added to the experience! The home itself was beautifully designed with high-quality materials and finishes throughout. Even the small details, like the plates, silverware, and mugs, were top-notch. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean when we arrived. Our kids loved the bunk beds, which made the stay even more fun for them. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we’ll definitely be back!”

“Positive: Photos don't do this place justice, it's absolutely stunning. We opened the front door and just couldn't believe we were going to be staying here. We made a last minute weekend trip here (just 2 nights) to do a little bit of hiking and to visit an apple orchard. I really wasn't sure what to expect. We've had bad experiences with home rentals in the past but this place absolutely blew us away. The home is beautiful, clean, and the views are incredible. Kitchen was stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you need, K-cup coffee maker, oven, stove, etc. The sun rises behind the house, so every window has a spectacular view in the morning. A couple of things that I don't think were mentioned: this unit has 2 master bedrooms, and a kids bedroom with 2 bunk beds in it. Total of 6 beds, couch has a chaise but no pullout bed. The down stairs balcony had a lovely fire pit and a bench swing, the upstairs one had some chairs and a table. There is an outdoor power outlet by the front door you can use for a level 1 travel ev charger-it's plenty close to your parking spot. The drive is gravel, but easy to get up. Very close to town, a few really nice restaurants in the area. Negative: I hated that I had to leave.”
