“We loved the loft! Beautiful place to stay when briefly visiting town. Very nice location. Parking was super easy and free. Getting in was easy. The esthetic of the place is stunning! You can tell a lot of hard work and time went into planning the loft! Quiet neighborhood and we really enjoyed Silver Beach pizza which was recommendation of the hosts!”

Loved the series of six pensive women (Modigliano and others) with Roger Moore nearby, looking nervous. Comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, lots of light from tall windows great shower. Highly recommended!”

“What a wonderful place Kenneth has - he's naturally a great host, and easy to deal with... we had a check-in snafu with getting into the unit, complicated by arriving really late, but Kenneth was amenable to helping us through it, even covered our dinner at the restaurant downstairs.. a great reminder that anyone can be a great host when everything goes well, what happens when things don't is what differentiates the best from the rest!”

“Lovely loft not far from St. Joe's in a quiet area. The team was very proactive about check in and asked if we needed extra time for check out! Very clean space with modern aesthetic. Definitely check out houndstooth just below the loft; it was one of the best meals we've had in a very long time! Perfect for a quick weekend getaway from the city without being as close to the touristy areas in St Joe's. The neighborhood is a bit sparse but felt safe and a few cute coffee shops and cafes nearby within walking distance. We look forward to visiting again soon!”

Only thing that was wrong it would be people in the hallway talking for hours on the phone and I could hear their conversation or than that it was great and I would most definitely book again...”

“I'm not downgrading the rating for this, but I want to mention the noise situation. The Guest Instructions in the unit have multiple warnings about noise levels and being considerate of other tenants. Just as I finished reading this, the upstairs resident came in wearing their Upstairs Neighbor Starter Pack concrete shoes. The timing was quite hilarious. Later they opened their Upstairs Neighbor extension pack which sounded like an indoor bowling game. The unit has a great urban loft vibe; loved the way the artwork is arranged so Roger is eyeing the girls on the wall ;-)”

“Kenneth's place was really nice. We loved the exposed brick and all of the old school touches. Clean and cozy, everything practically brand new. It was centrally located and the private parking was a real perk. Would highly recommend!”
