“With a short drive uphill, you will find Ma & Pa’s cabin nestled in the back of the peaceful mountain retreat, Cabin Fever. This is a perfect place to stay whether you want a romantic getaway or a fun trip with the family. The house is stocked with a plethora of puzzles and books (even a kids Bible), and a high chair. For those like myself who need a fan on to sleep, there are several stand alone fans along with the ceiling fans. The kitchen has scripture on the cabinets, which I did not see until entering, and that immediately secured my decision in choosing to stay here. The heated tile in the bathroom is a nice touch during the late night and early morning. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the fire at night and then sitting in the soaking tub and sauna after a long day of hiking. Sage was a very responsive and timely host. Would stay here again!”

“We only had one night to spend there, and wish we were there longer to explore more! Due to traffic and storms we got in right as it got dark and the gravel road was wet… towing a trailer. It was a bit difficult to see the roads and get parked/situated. Would have been much easier in daylight… would prefer to visit without a trailer.”

“overall good stay, very quiet and peaceful, sometimes even a little too quiet, but if you like zero noise, this cabin will be right up your alley. all amenities listed worked good and made the really relaxing. the location isn't too far from some nice hiking trails and a few waterfalls. really enjoyed the stay!”
