This gated private estate is featured in the rolling hills of Cleveland, TN, and showcases top-of-the-line amenities around every corner. On the Mountainside Manor grounds, you will find a fully stocked pond, panoramic mountain views, multiple outdoor fire-pits, three indoor stone fireplaces, and a custom-designed (unheated) pool that includes swim-up barstools over the infinity edge, a water slide, a stone waterfall with a shaded cave, multiple pop-up water streamers, and a kid-friendly walk into the pool. By the pool house, you will have access to the outdoor grill, outdoor dining, lounge chairs and patio seating, corn hole, and a swing. The pool house is available to rent as well for an additional charge, it is not included when booking this property as is, the pool house can sleep up to 4 more guests and has a kitchen, private bathroom, Queen bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa. Outside of the manor, you will find a two-story patio and deck that have multiple seating spaces, one fire pit, and stunning views of the property and lake.
Once you venture into the manor you will find 5 private bedrooms that can sleep up to 15 people (19 if you include the pool house), 5 bathrooms, multiple living rooms, multiple kitchen spaces, a soundproof movie room, laundry room, and so much more! Each bedroom features top-of-the-line linens and bedding to increase your luxury experience while at Mountainside Manor. During your stay, you will experience a truly one-of-a-kind luxury experience that cannot be replicated anywhere else in the Greater Chattanooga area! This space would be ideal for large families, church groups, corporate retreats, or family reunions!

Please Note:
Please bring along lighters and charcoal for the grill & fireplaces if you would like to enjoy these during your stay. One of the indoor fireplaces is a wood-burning fireplace. Please bring wood, starters, and a long lighter if you would like to enjoy this fireplace inside.
For the on-property lake, everyone must wear life vests if they would like to enjoy this amenity. If you would like to fish, please bring your own fishing equipment. Bass, Carp, & Brim are stocked in the lake and it is catch-and-release fishing.
The pizza oven in the second living space is not operational.
The circular addition to the pool is not operational as a hot tub and is used as an extension of the pool. The pool is not heated during the winter. The pool is open year-round. There are outdoor security cameras to monitor the front door and pool area.
There is no swimming allowed in the lake. Catch-and-release fishing is allowed. There is a galvanized can by the lake that holds fish food. Feel free to feed the fish during your stay, please ensure the lid is pushed down after you finish feeding the fish to confirm no animals can access the fish food.
Some furniture might be changed as updating is needed.
Loud parties are not permitted at our property. We have an active noise monitoring service, and violators may have their stay canceled without refund.

I did not want to do this at a hotel and deal with families on vacation, kids, noises and a drab conference room with straight back chairs. I live in Cleveland so I decided to look for a nice home with pool and hot tub where we could meet in a relaxed environment, work on strategy for 5-6 hours, then relax by the pool. What we found is that we did as much work out in the rocking chairs or sitting by the pool as we did inside…so all I can say is that this was the perfect place for us to meet. The property is stunning, it’s quiet and peaceful and amazingly beautiful. No one will ever stay at this property and say it’s anything different. So yes, I highly recommend staying here.”
“This property is beautiful. Communication with property manager and Unique Stays representative was responsive. The pictures are accurate to the photos on the website and the first floor is laid out well. Pricing was clear but note that the pricing is adjusted based on the number of people staying on property that may increase the stated price. Just be cognizant of how final pricing works. Certain outside parts of the property needed further cleaning. For example, the upper porch area had not had its furniture cleaned from the pollen season. As a renter, I would ask for an affirmation that the property has been inspected for cleanliness prior to arrival (porches, pool area, etc.) Not a huge deal but a nice to have especially since the wiews from property are spectacular. The property manager was responsive to concerns raised and did her best to remediate. I found the property manager to be fair and reasonable.”

“I spent 5 days here with my husband and 4 children over Father’s Day. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home and amenities so much that we all discussed making plans for a return visit! We were greeted with a lovely fresh bouquet of flowers, assorted candies and a hand written welcome card! The home itself was spacious, clean, and well appointed for our stay. We cooked all of our meals here and there is a grocery store just a few miles up the road that had everything we needed to stock up. Our family took advantage of all of the amenities this home had to offer. We brought an Xbox for the boys to use in the theater room. We also brought fishing poles and bait to fish in the pond and the kids easily caught all kinds of fish! The true gem of this property though is definitely the large pool, waterside, patios and outdoor fireplaces. We were in the pool from sunrise to sunset and ended each evening making s’mores around the fire pit!”
