“Positive: Easy check-in with coded keypad. House is very warm and inviting. Fully stocked kitchen, garage with ping pong table, 3 separate levels with plenty of bedrooms and space for large families. Property was stocked well with plenty of towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries. Communication was great with hosts, quick responses. Negative: There was an issue with the hot tub. It was one of the filters I used when booking and we were looking forward to using it. I know things like this happen so I would like to add that the hosts did send someone out right away to try to fix the hot tub for us, however it needed a part and a few other things to be done to it so unfortunately it was not available for use for us during our stay. We had great communication throughout this issue, and I feel that the hosts did everything they could to satisfy this matter for us.”

“Our family had a lovely time over Christmas. This place is very spacious and set up for our large group gathering. Incredible views, amazing hot tub, kids loved the theatre room Really easy Check in and Check out instructions. Kitchen stocked very well for cooking. Even though the weather was "warm" we had a nice fire going one night in the fire pit. only one small glitch....We accumulated a lot of trash.... and would have put it in designated spot outside....but could not because outside cans were already full.... previous trash had not been collected. All in all, it was a fantastic stay at Retreat at Wildwood.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Our group of 12 came to visit the Chattanooga area and it was the perfect home base for our trip. The space was comfortable and roomy for our whole group, with everything we needed for a great stay and beautiful views! There were lots of activities nearby to keep everyone entertained, and the place had all the amenities we appreciated. Highly recommend for large families or groups! Our host Sage made the process nice and easy with great communication, suggestions and extremely accommodating.”

“The house was nice and secluded, peaceful and beautiful scenery. The kitchen was accommodating to big meals and had the needed pots, pans and flatware. My family had a wonderful time for our trip, and the house and property definitely helped that happen. There were some little hiccups that occured with house, as can happen in any house, the hosts were responsive, communicative, and checked in with us. Im very appreciative of there attention and help.”

“Our group stay was everything we needed from Unique Stays. From the seclusion to the accommodations to the correspondence, everything was as excellent as could be and again exactly what we expected. The property is amazing. The only thing that could have improved our experience would have been another bath on the top level, instead of the one, that was shared by seven women. *Yes they went downstairs to utilize the other bathrooms; however, one more upstairs would have been ideal. This space had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you can think of. We brought a crock pot and to our surprise there was one. Perhaps listing the kitchen accessories could be helpful. Everything was outstanding. We're already considering a possible return in 2026.”

“The pictures did no justice to how amazing the view was, the day we arrived we enjoyed the show from the sky gliders, the landing pad was literally right down the hill (almost in the back yard). The view every morning preparing for our day whether it was breakfast or just enjoying a cup coffee was truly breath taking. We spent one of our days at the house enjoying the games and pool table while we were there, plenty of options to play. I will definitely save this one for another trip, truly enjoyed it all. Not too far of a drive to go visit lookout mountain and Ruby falls which we also enjoyed while there.”

“This Airbnb was amazing! Perfect for a large group! It had everything we needed! Beautiful views and so clean! Host was very nice and responsive! The drive up in the dark can be a bit intimidating but you get use to it! During the day, the drive is so pretty! I would come back and stay here again!”

“The house is absolutely beautiful and has plenty of room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need . We came to spend time in Chattanooga which was only a 20 minute drive away. There was plenty to explore and see within a 30 minute drive. We enjoyed the area and would definitely come again.”

“This place worked great for our group of 11. we appreciated the space and the privacy. Only word of caution I have is not to try it in snowy or icy roads without four-wheel drive because there is a steep hill going up to the house. The view is great.”

“Lots of living space and plenty of room for all of us (12). Nice large kitchen and large table for us to p;ay different types of games. Table big enough for seating of at least 10. A few minor issues that I would like to mention to the owner but nothing that would keep us from renting again. High on the hill away from everyone. Plenty of parking.”

“We had a family of nine with a two year old and ten month old, there was plenty of room for all of us. We took advantage of the movie room and fire pit! The daily hand gliders and parachutes were amazing to watch, we also had many lady bugs that the two year old was fascinated with! I highly recommend this location for families. Everything was amazing. They also had two pack and plays, a bouncer and bath seat and stroller for the baby which was a nice surprise.”

It is huge, well equipped, unique, and the surroundings and views were amazing. communication and check in and check out were seamless”

“Every need we had was met or exceeded. The upstairs kitchen had everything we needed and more and there was plenty of space to not feel like we were cramped. The hot tub was clearly very well maintained and clean. The pool table and ping pong table were a very nice addition. We didn't get to use the movie room but it was well organized and maintained.”
