“This was a great getaway, while being out in nature with all the amenities. The only thing I wanted more, was to stay there longer. I would love to comeback again.”
“Positive: The location was nice and quiet. The cottage is very nice and modern. Customer service was excellent when we had an issue with the WiFi. Negative: There were ants on the counters when we arrived. I sprayed them. The next day, I forgot to put my honey jar in the fridge and ants were everywhere. The mini split didn’t work BUT there were window units. It was just either very cold or warm. You could see the water damage from the mini splits. We sprayed the systems with Lysol because you could see mold/mildew.”
“This is our second stay in Rising Fawn and each time has not disappointed. We love the new grill and outdoor furniture along with the fire table- awesome additions!”
“We had a wonderful stay at Fern Cottage for a fall break trip and enjoyed all things Chattanooga!”

“We are a group of mahjong ladies enjoying our golden years and also having a memory-filled girls’ weekend. One of my favorite things about the house was the huge living room which seated all of us comfortably so that we could relax together. This feature is not easy to find. Thank you🙏”
“The kitchen comes equipped with plates cups bowls and silverware. There is a few pots and pans but could use a update. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book this place again”
“Best relax vacation ever. ❤️”
“Great place for a.faamily retreat. Very close to Ruby Falls and Rock City. Breathtaking views along the road to the cabin.”
