“Great location for a small group retreat! Plenty of space inside and outside. We liked the picnic tables outside and the common space. The large garage was a great space too. It was difficult to split just two bathrooms between everyone in such a large group, but we knew that would happen. The spare towels, blankets, and pillows were super helpful. There was a dog who came to visit us frequently, so beware if you aren't a dog lover. Dog was very sweet! We'd definitely stay here again!”

The hot tub was not working and although the staff was communicative and tried to fix it this did not get done until our last day.”

“Great communication throughout our stay. We had an issue with the air upstairs not working the first night and it was very hot. The next day they brought us portable air conditioners and it finally cooled off upstairs that night. We were refunded part of that first nights stay due to the air being out upstairs which we appreciated. The house is very nice and roomy. It could use a little updating and some pressure washing but a nice home for sure. It does sit in the woods but there is a noisy highway close by that you can hear very well. It is located very close to Cloudland Canyon which was our destination for our days. Unfortunately it rained 3 of the four days we were there. We still enjoyed our family time in this very spacious home. They have lots of nice touches that not all homes we have rented have. It had a very well stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, bowls and cookware) with everything we needed to cook several meals.”

“This home has plenty of room to keep a large group comfortable. We loved the kids bunk room and more than ample eating space. The yard is spacious, and the indoor barn play space is a gift on a rainy day. We highly recommend visiting Cloudland Canyon State Park and Rock City. Please do be aware that there is a no alcohol policy at this time home before you book.”

“Had a great stay, a good house to stay at if you have a lot of people. There was very little cooking equipment which was troublesome but not too bad. The whole week with 15 people no one got a cold shower.”
