“I agree with the rest of the reviews that the showers are amazing with great water pressure . The place is definitely unique. Although it looks like an apartment building in the pictures, it is really a business complex. To be clear, there was hardly any activity in the businesses so it was a non issue. The price and amount of space you get is extremely reasonable. Because it is a business building, the windows do not open. There is 1 super trendy coffee shop, definitely go there. I’d stay again!”

Great, safe location in Niles with walkable distance to everything. We loved being close to a playground and local restaurants/coffee shops. The town is very cute and about 35-ish minutes away from St. Joseph and Warren Sand Dunes. Would definitely book again for a relaxing time in MI.”

“The River’s Edge was a perfect location for a great night sleep; as my family and I were on our way to drop off our son at Notre Dame. The loft was beautiful and we felt it was a safe environment. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing! Nice accommodations throughout the entire building. We will definitely be back.”

“I had to visit the area for work, however I used to live in Southwest Michigan so I was familiar with Niles. I didn’t know there were places to stay right in downtown like this, but the location worked out really nicely. Unique Stays was also very communicative. The place was rustic and cozy and had all I needed. Would stay there again.”

“My colleague and I had a delightful and restful time at the Loft. It was just like the pictures. Our beds were very comfortable. The lines were soft and the bathroom soap and shampoo. products were delightful aromatherapy. We truly enjoyed our time there. The hosts were super and very attentive to answer any question. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in town.”

“This unique stays place was very comfortable and made us have a sense of security which not all Airbnbs have, with spacious and clean bathrooms, bedrooms were also very clean and comfortable. The instructions for entering the place was clear and I personally didn’t have to figure anything out on my own very easy access. The rules of place were nice as well I enjoyed not being in a place we’re smoking/drinking is not allowed. Its definitely worth the money”

Does not hurt that the Iron Shoe is nearby, and that Niles is a gem among many in Michigan. I’d go back any time.”

“Amazing place to stay. The host responded quickly whenever we had any questions. Housekeeping was helpful as well. A hairdryer in each unit would be great. They aren’t expensive. A few forks and knives in the common area would be nice as well. We highly recommend and hope to return again. Thanks for making it snow the first evening.
