“The stay was nice overall. Everything matched what it should be and the space was very nice. Plenty of comfortable amenities. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned of the past guests hair but I could tell the space WAS cleaned. The noise level at night is something to keep in mind. I don’t know if they were residents or guest but there were people in the hallways laughing talking and even running late at night each night if our stay. Maybe they didn’t know we were there! Overall the host and space were great! I would certainly book again and recommend.”

“We spent one night here with our children and it was great. We have some issues figuring out the door to get in, but that was on us. We put in a call for help and received a response promptly. It was a nice, clean apartment with shared amenities. I was nervous about noise due to other reviews, but had no issues with shared noise while we were there.”

“I needed a quiet, safe, affordable place to stay while in the area for a training. The room looked exactly like the pics and was very cute. The mini-fridge and microwave worked well. While you could hear other guests outside the door when they were in the common area, it was never loud or intrusive. The host was kind enough to supply a white noise machine in the bedroom and, between that and the fan, I had no trouble sleeping. Bed was comfy and TV worked with Netflix. The building was on a beautiful creek, which was just a short walk around the building to a walking path that ran long it. There was a nice restaurant only one block away. I would stay again if in the area and will recommend to others.”

“The lofts are in a shared building with businesses which throws you off, but it looks like people are rebuilding that part of Niles. It’s an awesome use of space and I think they did a great job! I’d definitely stay there again.”

“Stayed here a few times and always perfect. Location is great, unit is spacious and clean.”

“Stayed in a pretty nice place while visiting some family! The location is nice, and next to a beautiful river front park and walk. I will note, my biggest annoyance was that the one window in my unit wasn’t able to be opened, and that the door to the private bedroom was actually too large for the frame so it wouldn’t shut. The whole unit would close and lock, but my own individual room wouldn’t even close. The ladder to get up to the loft bed was a little sketchy for anyone to get up and down. Lastly, there was a ceiling fan that was in the main part of the unit that we couldn’t figure out how to turn on — the remote that controlled the fan only worked on the one in the private room, which was just a little annoying. Nice stay for what we needed and where it is overall though!”

I feel the price could have been a little less, but all in all, it was a great place to stay for a week.”

“Cool small space with some amenities. Main Street with restaurants and shops is a walk away. You can easily hear other guests’ conversations which is something to consider. Responsive host too!”

“Just some minor details: sinks drained just a bit slow; being a former porter, we looked out for that. The light was out on the fan in the first room; also, not sure if the fan in the first room was supposed to work or not but other than that, good place to visit. Will visit again soon.”
