“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. The host was very responsive to any messages I sent. We had a few minor issues-nothing that affected us personally-& the host was responsive to them. I feel like when making reviews, it is important to note anything that might be "bothersome" to someone else...such as the "stairs" to both master bedrooms are only the tree stumps. It did not bother us (except it can be tricky if needing to use the bathroom in the middle of the night ha!) but if someone has trouble navigating those, its important to know about that. There are a few cosmetic issues, internet went in and out, & the parasailer noise can get to be a nuisance at times. There are also 80% of the hot tubs jets that did NOT work. Again nothing was a deal breaker but just small items that I feel like overall, we might have overpaid a little bit for what we thought we were getting on our stay. Would we go back? Sure! But I feel like its best to know everything going into it!”

Seeing the paragliders fly over the property was an awesome bonus! Would absolutely recommend to friends and family, actually already have, and would love book again someday!!”

“Literally perfect. There is not one negative thing I have to say about The Might Sycamore. Was so magical for our kids and the view was top notch. Beds were so comfy. Shower was amazing. Plenty of towels! Little welcome pack was so thoughtful. My husband even got a splinter at another place and they had a first aid kit accessible that I was able to utilize. Instructions were clear and Sage with Enjoy Unique Stays was very responsive and helpful. We didn’t want to go home! My kids are already asking if we can book this place again! Thank you!”

“The Mighty Sycamore was like living a dream! It’s the cutest, nicest treehouse you’ll ever stay in. Our family of 7 loved all the unique features, from the outside slides to the hot tub and waterfall, to the views, to using the pool at Paradise point resort, into watching the hang glider float over our cabin. Everything was absolutely perfect! And as a person who is very picky on cleanliness, this was hands down a very clean Airbnb! We only stayed one night; next time we will definitely book for longer as it was hard to leave such an amazing place!”

“Absolutely beautiful place! The kids LOVED the slides, hot tub and watching the hang gliders and small planes from the huge windows and through the skylights. Loved seeing the lizards, snails and chipmunks right off the back porch! Squirrels were very active as well! LOVED IT!! Plenty of dishes, cookware, spices and a fully functional kitchen and the grill outside was wonderful for a quick lunch! Food city and plenty of restaurants was a quick 11 minute drive. The steam shower was so nice and the tub if you need that for the little ones. We loved the unique steps to two of the bedrooms! We had plans to go out and explore, but I will be completely honest and say that besides going out once to get a few things to cook, we decided to only stay at the house and not go exploring because of how beautiful and peaceful it was here!! 10/10 can’t wait to come back!!”

“We really loved the unique treehouse experience. Had some great views and was clean upon arrival. I’d be cautious renting if you have some balance issues or need walking assistance device, because of the cool tree stump steps to each bedroom. You can still access each room from normal stairs but you have to go outside to do so. The hot tub didn’t work but we didn’t try it until the last night of our stay which was a bummer but the host was extremely attentive the whole stay and I’m sure it’d have been addressed had we seen it sooner. We’d definitely stay again”

“Our family of 6 had a great time at our treehouse. The kids (ages 9, 7, 5, and 2) loved the slides! We liked the location, and especially enjoyed spending time at Paradise Point. It had everything we needed, and our host was super friendly and responsive. My only critique is that there are a LOT of windows with no blinds…great for the beautiful view, but the light made it difficult for little ones to sleep. Bring a good sleep mask and you’ll be fine. This is also not the most toddler friendly house, with lots of stairs and places to fall, but we managed with a 2 year old and still had a good time.”

“Positive: The rooms were super nice and we loved the open living room! We had two families staying there and the space was perfect for all of us! We loved the open windows and the view was absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed the patio and spent a lot of our time there. Our kids were obsessed with the slides and were pretty much outside the whole time! Negative: The steps to the rooms were super cute but a little wobbly and hard to bring bags up and down. The hot tub also only had one set of working jets but we made it work!”

“Staying at this Airbnb felt dreamy and magical. The treehouse design alone made it unforgettable—tucked away in nature with stunning views that made every morning and evening feel special. One of the most unique touches was the slides attached to the space, which added a fun, playful element that my kids loved. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub in the evening after a long day of exploring Ruby Falls and Rock City which were only about 20 mins away. Fantastic memories were made! One of the coolest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in”

“We enjoyed our stay here! Our family of 6 liked the home layout and the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped. The tree stump ‘stairs ‘ to both bedrooms are precarious although they were depicted in the photos. Just be forewarned that they would be difficult for some adults and small children. There is definitely only parking for two vehicles in the gravel in front of the home.”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mighty Sycamore. The owners or management company thought of everything and stocked the kitchen with coffee pods, creamer, sugar, dish soap, paper towels and more. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner and laundry soap. This is especially important as it is about a 20 minute drive to the Dollar General and to other hot spots. The hot tub was a hit and watching the hang gliders from the porch was amazing (you could even hear them talking as they floated past). We ate most meals in due to a well appointed kitchen and open cooking area but could also have used the charcoal grill as we came prepared with charcoal and starter. If you have vert young children or elderly folks, they may struggle with the many stairs to get into the property or the "tree stump" stairs to get in each of the two bedrooms but we had no problems. Thanks for a great stay, PS- The management company is INCREDIBLY responsive.”

“We had a great stay here. We took our 18 month old son with us and he loved the big windows. It was great to watch the hang gliders and the sunsets were beautiful. Do be aware that the steps/logs getting into the bedrooms are a little tricky. They're stable, but you do want to have a hold on the railing. We went outside to walk up the stairs if we were holding him. Kitchen and bathrooms were good and had everything we needed for a couple days. Don't pack too much as there aren't any closets or dressers. The hot tub was perfect after a long day. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!”

“We had a nice stay at the Treehouse. Sage was quick to respond & extremely kind. The place is exactly as described & perfect for us two couples traveling together. The only concern was the stairs up to each bedroom. The photos showed regular steps & they have been replaced with tree stumps; adorable & in line with the treehouse theme, just not practical for us. Sage worked hard to find us a new location to switch to however we ultimately decided to stick it out and make it work. The sunset view from the large windows was truly spectacular & made for beautiful photos. Cloudland Canyon State Park is close & has wonderful hiking trails. Would definitely recommend”
