The wood stairs to the bedrooms are cute but like others have said are challenging to go up and down. Something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. For us was, they were no problem and the house, view, and amenities were great. We loved the atmosphere!”

“Beautiful place to visit. We enjoyed every moment of it! If you go up to the top of the mountain you will see the MOST BEAUTIFUL SUNSET. The stairs are a little tricky but you get used to them 😉 10/10 would stay here again! If I had to make a recommendation it would be to add a full body mirror somewhere in the cabin LOL!”

“Our stay at the Mighty Sycamore Treehouse was absolutely magical! The space was extremely cozy and beautifully designed. Waking up in the trees with the sunlight coming through was unforgettable. Everything was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The host Sage was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already wanting to come back. If you’re looking for a unique and peaceful escape, this is the spot! :)”

“We enjoyed our stay here! Our family of 6 liked the home layout and the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped. The tree stump ‘stairs ‘ to both bedrooms are precarious although they were depicted in the photos. Just be forewarned that they would be difficult for some adults and small children. There is definitely only parking for two vehicles in the gravel in front of the home.”

“We had a nice stay at the Treehouse. Sage was quick to respond & extremely kind. The place is exactly as described & perfect for us two couples traveling together. The only concern was the stairs up to each bedroom. The photos showed regular steps & they have been replaced with tree stumps; adorable & in line with the treehouse theme, just not practical for us. Sage worked hard to find us a new location to switch to however we ultimately decided to stick it out and make it work. The sunset view from the large windows was truly spectacular & made for beautiful photos. Cloudland Canyon State Park is close & has wonderful hiking trails. Would definitely recommend”

“The squeals of excitement from our kids when we pulled up to this house were something I’ll always remember! We LOVED every part of this house. The slides, the log stairs (even our 18 month old learned to climb them!), the comfortable beds, great kitchen and gorgeous views. Sage was extremely helpful and responsive to a few things we needed help with as well. We will be back!”

“This place is seriously so great. We brought 4 kids ages 2-4 and they were outside playing on the slides the majority of our stay. The swings under the deck were so peaceful to sit in and enjoy the view. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We had plenty of towels for all of us (we stayed from Wed-Sun). The split masters with basically their own bathroom was great for some privacy since we had two separate families. Sage was very responsive and extremely helpful with a couple minor issues we had. Overall we were very impressed by the house and amenities and would absolutely recommend to families with children or a group of friends.”

“This spot was GORGEOUS!! The hot tub was perfect and the slide was so much fun! Though the stairs in the main bedrooms are very steep. We had to walk down them sideways because our feet didn’t fit on the small steps. Be super careful on those, because we kept almost falling, though thankfully there was a railing. Other than those steps, this place is definitely worth the stay and worth 5 stars! The beds were cozy and the views immaculate! We had a great time and would love to stay again!”

The place was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Clear instructions were provided for check-in, use of hot-tub and check-out. Sage was very communicative from the get go and helpful when needed! The location itself was beautiful and not far from lots of things to do!”

“Highly recommended!! My wife and I brought out two little kids and enjoyed everything about this tree house. My 3 year old could not get enough of the slides attached to the building. The location was my favorite part, we were very close to Cloudland Canyon and Rock City. Chattanooga was also a very quick drive. This trip was a short one, but we will definitely be back for a longer visit soon!”

“My family and I just stayed at this treehouse for our spring break, and it was amazing! I saw a lot of reviews about the construction but when we were there, the construction was down the driveway a little bit, so we barely ever heard it. Everything was super clean and neat. There were a lot of little touches that just made our stay so nice. We loved how the area was out in the country but we were still not very far from Chattanooga and all it's attractions. I would recommend for anyone to stay at this treehouse!”
