“We had a great stay, we needed an airbnb ASAP bc of a death in the family and this place was readily available and about 4 mins from where we needed to be. The kids loved the loft and beach (even in the winter) and the sauna was an extra bonus that we also got to use on our down time. The host responded very quickly and also reached out after checkout to make sure an item that was left at the house was ours or not (it was not :D). Im sure the place is even more enjoyable in the summer and I would absolutely recommend at anytime of the year.”

“These charming cottages right on the Lake Huron sand are both charming and relaxing. We also loved the on-premise barrel sauna, and I actually did a "polar plunge" into 45 degree water afterwards. We had a few minor issues when we arrived which our host addressed immediately, efficiently and with great care. All in all, a wonderful experience...and we will definitely be back soon!”

“Host was great and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I was there with my three children, all 13 and under and we LOVED it. They already want to go back. The loft was a big hit for them as well. Beach is nice and sandy. There is a fire pit and nice beach chairs overlooking the water for some beautiful nighttime fires. Overall, not a single issue and quite possibly found our future place for any summer trips we are planning.”

“This cabin was just perfect. Enough space but not too big. Facing the water. Had lots of bath and kitchen towels and all the kitchen supplies needed and they were in good shape (only a Kuerig coffee maker so keep that in mind). The driveway is not hard to find from the main road - there are 2 short turquoise posts on each end of the circular driveway. The shower water was hot! We enjoyed waking up to the sunset. Also the cabins are a nice distance from Tawas and Alpena. You can see some lighthouses and beautiful parks in that area. We would recommend this place wholeheartedly and stay again!”

“The place is easy to get to and so close to the water you can hear the waves inside. There are places that will deliver food but there are some great places to eat and get coffee within 10 minutes.”

“This place is located on a beautiful stretch of beach along Lake Huron. It was great to have a cabin separate from others with its own fire pit and chairs. However, the cabin did have a musty smell which we had to use deodorizing spray to cover. We had to clean up a former guest fake fingernails which were discarded on a table on the porch just outside the cabin. That was disturbing to us. Overall, the beautiful beach setting offset the few negatives and we enjoyed our stay here.”

“We absolutely loved it here! Such a cozy place right on the beach! The first night we arrived we unfortunately got stuck in the snow in the driveway because it was not paved (that’s what happens when you have a trip during a snow storm lol) but thankfully our hosts were up at a late hour and communicating with us right away to help fix the situation and help us find shovels and a way to get unstuck! The rest of our time there, they made sure to keep the plowing crew coming to pave the driveway. The cabin was perfect, we truly enjoyed our time here :) we would definitely come again, in summer I can’t imagine how beautiful the place is especially as it’s sitting right next to Lake Huron!”
