β€œLa casa es perfecta, muy cΓ³moda y muy limpia. En una zona perfecta.”

β€œWe loved this property! It had everything and was very well located based on our needs. The host quickly answered any questions I had by messenger! I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and the backyard was very cute. I also appreciated the standing desk and treadmill.”

β€œThis space was very, comfortable and peacefull. Most likely I would be renting here again.”

β€œI stayed in this house for 9 days and it grew on me throughout that time. It is spacious with full kitchen dining and living rooms, plus a study. Nice bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. It's in a great neighborhood, very walkable to downtown, Notre Dame, and in my case, to my Dad's assisted living at Holy Cross Village. I didn't love the strong perfume smell when I entered the house. Luckily the bedsheets were not perfumey. Seemed in the air and the blankets (for those who are chemically sensitive. The air conditioning had to be turned up pretty high to cool the upstairs. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was barely enough to rinse the dishes. The glass shower door wouldn't close properly. Great to have washer and dryer available. I would stay here again.”

β€œLovely old house in a treed very quiet neighborhood. Most things worked. Internet service was good.”

β€œThis house was perfect for our ND baseball home series weekend! Clean, comfy, and close to campus! We will definitely be back!”

β€œWe had a wonderful stay at Pat and Gary's apartment in Pensacola. BEautiful view of the ocean! The apartment is beautiful and Pat and Gary are tremendous hosts (available, friendly, responsive). The location is excellent (walk to the beach, 3 minute drive to restaurants in town and about a 15 minute drive to downtown pensacola). We totally recommend it! and we hope that we will be back soon!”

β€œI really enjoyed this little house for my stay. Location was perfect and the neighborhood felt safe. My only complaint was the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced because the water sprays all over. The other was that the treadmill did not work. But that was not a deal breaker.”

β€œThe home was as expected. I booked this place for my ND daughter who was returning from study abroad while she waited for her home to be ready 3 weeks here worked out perfectly. Communication was great. We had a small frozen pipe issue that was caused by the extreme cold weather (no fault of the owners) and the host was very accommodating to get the issue addressed in record time. We recommend the home as a safe home away from home.”

β€œClean and communicative.”

β€œThe house was as advertised! Great location in relation to Notre Dame. We walked to and from campus. The neighborhood is awesome. Property owners were super responsive. We would stay again!”

β€œGreat little place with everything you'd need and extras to enjoy like games, a treadmill work station, laundry, etc. Advertised realistically. Good communication. Close to all the things. Safe neighborhood for walks. Quiet, too. ”

β€œThis gem of a house is perfectly placed for all visitors to South Bend - within striking distance of Notre Dame and the heart of downtown. Situated within a heritage neighborhood full of architecturally interesting residential structures, this house was clean, organized, free of clutter, functional, and charming. It included all the amenities we needed for our visit. Would stay here again!”

β€œGreat location in a nice neighborhood and close to University of Notre Dame's campus.”

β€œGreat location near campus. Host was very responsive. Home has everything needed for a productive stay.”

β€œGreat house in great location right by the school. Hosts were responsive and had everything we needed. Reminded a lot of when I lived off campus as a student at Notre Dame. Thanks for a great stay.”

β€œI enjoyed my stay so very much. The neighborhood was quiet, and the home was so cozy and welcoming. I appreciated how responsive the hostess to any questions I had. I would stay here again and again.”

β€œGood place”

β€œI stayed for 2 weeks, this place is really really nice. Walking distance to Notre Dame University and to everything you might need. ”

β€œVery, Very nice spot. Would highly recommend, will be attempting to get back in this place as often as possible”

β€œHost was very prompt and quick whenever we had a need. We were a group of 4 there for a 3 night stay to take in a Norte Dame game. The house was a perfect walking distance to campus and other activities. ”

β€œWe had a great stay! Perfect for our ND weekend.”

β€œVery quaint and cute place to stay! Great location between Notre Dame and downtown South Bend! Highly recommend this place.”

β€œWe traveled from San Francisco to move our daughter into Notre Dame. I stayed a week to help organize and outfit my daughter’s new apartment near campus. This property was the perfect home base! It is spotless, quiet, comfy and a quick drive or pleasant walk to campus. I hope to book it again for my next visit!”

β€œWe really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect as shown in pictures!! It was so close to where we were going on campus and to surroundings to get supplies. Homeowners were in touch before and during stay. Great communication!! Beds were a little hard though and you parked on street. Backyard was great for the kids and we enjoyed being at home there!! It totally made our trip!! Thanks for an amazing stay!!!”

β€œThanks!”

β€œThis is a fantastic location, right in between the Notre Dame campus and downtown South Bend. We walked everywhere. The house has been tastefully updated. The host was very responsive. Everything was very clean. However, the home is older and is really is in need of some TLC. Many places (especially baseboards and around the bath tub) need to be painted/replaced, the toilet was very flaky (it will definitely be overflowing at some point soon), there is a slight musty/moldy smell in the house, and the towels, although plentiful (always nice) and definitely clean, are very old and stained. All that said, for the price and the location, it was net net an above average place to stay in South Bend on a game week-end!”

β€œEverything was spotless when we arrived. Beds very comfortable and air conditioning worked great on some very hot and humid days. House was very close by to the St. Joe River walk which we enjoyed. Unfortunately the dishwasher was out of order, and some Saran wrap/ foil or storage containers for leftovers would have been appreciated. Overall was a good stay.”

β€œPositive: The house was very comfortable for two couples traveling together, and the location was ideal. Negative: I wish there had been a local host. The internet did not work when we arrived--which was a problem because some of us needed to work during the stay--and it took two days to restore service. We spent a couple hours troubleshooting, then talking on the staff with a support team that was out of state (and just asked us to repeat all the steps we had already done). It was annoying. (The property did agree to give us a discount on the first two nights, but not as much as I would have hoped for, given the inconvenience of the situation.)”

β€œConvenient location to the university.”

β€œOverall this property is great. Great kitchen facilities with everything you need! Plenty spacious for a family. However, there were a few things that weren’t great. The front walk/porch wasn’t shoveled after the recent snowfall. It made for dangerous conditions getting into the property. Also, the mattress was the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. Truly uncomfortable. ”

β€œVery quaint house in a nice neighborhood that is very walkable. It is an older house with some squeaks and creeks but is clean and had the space we needed. The AC struggled to keep up in the heat of summer but it never got too warm as long as you close the main floor vents. This house was a great value for our extended stay :)”

β€œWell equipped and nicely decorated home. Good location in a little neighborhood near Notre Dame. My husband and I stayed four nights and would recommend it to others.”

β€œOverall this place was nice and the location was great. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen as well as not having the place stocked with a few essentials but the response was timely and they addressed the issue same day which was appreciated.”

β€œfine place. simple clean”
