“Great view, Well equipped, comfortable beds, and plenty of room. Only comment I have, and it’s nothing major, just double check for the silverware and dishes to be truly clean for next guest as we find a couple that weren’t washed well, the trash container outside the house wasn’t cleaned after previous guests and raccoons feast on it. And it can be cleaned under the beds as they are very dusty and we noticed it cause we had a couple allergic people with us that got them sneezing. But as I said, nothing big, I’ll definitely recommend and stay again.”

“This home was as advertised. Awesome mountain top location about 30 minutes from Chattanooga. The cabin was well kept and comfortable. Pool was terrific! My kids had a blast there. Grounds were clean and there were no issues. Comms with Sage at property were timely, friendly and pertinent. This is a great spot to stay and play or use as a base for further adventure. ”

“We loved our stay at Fred’s cabin! He was very easy to work with. He reached out to us before check in to let us know of some updates and made sure of our time of arrival. My kids thought the hobbit room was fantastic! The amenities worked perfectly with our needs and the view was outstanding! The pool area was a hit for all of us! The cabin is close enough to multiple activities and restaurants but also gives you the peaceful mountain feel! We would definitely recommend!!”

“This cabin is perched right on the edge of the mountain and it commands a breathtaking view of the Tennessee River valley. Absolutely beautiful. The hot tub at the cabin is perfectly positioned for a great view while being sheltered from the wind. Improvements that could be made: - baking sheets and roasting pans for use in the oven- dish drying rack and dish towels- visitors' journal - listing should specify the grill is charcoal, not propane, and visitors need to supply their own charcoal.The main pool house was incredible and our teenage boys spent hours there. However the hot tub at the pool house is a biohazard. Seriously, the water was disgusting. It should be cleaned up or drained out so no one gets sick.We had a great time and would surely come back again!”

“Wonderful family stay! We have 2 littles and Sylvia’s place was the perfect mountain getaway for our family! The views were breathtaking and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi, making s’mores in the firepit and relaxing in the cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and was filled with cozy blankets and plenty of space for our family of 4. There’s also a very nice indoor pool that’s recently been renovated but didn’t seem to be heated yet. But we enjoyed everything else, and there’s even some goats and chickens on the property. Located about 40 min from Chattanooga, though we only went once for dinner. I’d highly recommend bringing plenty of food as there’s not much nearby but the kitchen has everything you need to cook family dinners and there’s a private charcoal grill, as well as firepit and wood is supplied.”

“Rivers Ledge cabin at Paradise Pointe was a great place to stay...the driveway up to it is a bit intimidating but it’s well worth it for the gorgeous view. Cabin was clean and well cared for & furnished. Pool and rec games were fun. Dollar General a short drive away is well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Our family of 6 stayed for the weekend so we could explore Chattanooga. It is a very gorgeous and spacious cabin that was very clean. The 4 kids enjoyed occupying the entire upstairs which could definitely sleep more than the 4. They got a kick out of the old fashioned pull lever toilet. We were not far from the main attractions in Chattanooga which included Incline railway, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. I recommend making reservations to The Blue Plate, Puckett’s and Big River grill. Great food! You will not be disappointed in your stay here. Thank you to the owner for sharing their gorgeous cabin with us. We will definitely be back but for a longer stay.”

“We very much enjoyed our time at Paradise Pointe. We stayed in the River's Ledge cabin, and it was the best location on the property! We had the most beautiful views from the upstairs patio, lower level patio where the hot tub was, and we enjoyed a fire each night in the fire pit. The wood shed was just behind the cabin, and the pool was within walking of all the cabins. Picnic table, chairs, and grill down near the fire pit. The pool was big, with a water slide for our little one and a deep end for the rest of us! There was a pool table also that we played a few games on. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed (except a dishwasher), but we decided the view and cabin itself was worth doing some dishes! We will definitely be back, as we really enjoyed ourselves! (and we'll bring some paper plates and plastic cups)! Thank you Paradise Pointe for a memorable trip for our family!”

“Paradise Pointe was everything it appeared to be. The only problem is that the on-line pictures do not do this place justice!! If you like the sound of birds chirping, a distant train, or maybe the sight of deer and turkey's walking by, while having one of the most scenic views imaginable, then this is the place for you. We drove 10 hours to get there, and were elated with the cabin, and the surroundings. We stayed at Rivers Edge, and were so happy with the cleanliness, and amenities. It was our first time going through VRBO, and everything went just as it should. Sylvia, however, was more than courteous. She answered all my questions in a very timely manner, plus she even texted me a directions printout, when my map service was unable to locate the property. A most enjoyable stay awaits you! Jeff G.”
