Only a two seater couch. Need at least a couple of comfy fold up chairs so all can have a seat when watching tv or even playing cards. A fold up card table would be nice too. Water pressure in the shower was very low.”

“We stayed for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was as described in the listing and the host was very responsive. The only 2 complaints I have are not really complaints just observations. The WiFi is not very strong and with no cell service in the area would be nice if it was better and even though we didn't use the bunk beds it would be nice to have blinds/curtains on those windows. I would definitely recommend Black Diamond for anyone staying on the area.”

“This was a wonderful tiny home that fit our family of six! Turning the couch into a bed for our youngest child, everyone had their own place to sleep! So much nicer than getting a couple of hotel rooms! One thing I would mention for future guest is to bring a small fan to plug-in. Our boys complained that the bunkbed area was pretty warm at night. Other than that, everything was marvelous!”

I also really liked that we were able to book it the same day that we arrived. It was a last minute trip and needed a place to stay. Also liked that there was no minimum length required because we only needed it for a single night. That was very nice. Negative: Can't think of anything that we didn't like.”

“The Black Diamond in Mentone was the perfect spot for our family of 3 to stay. The tiny house had everything we needed for overnight stay and the fire ring was the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the area. The only issue we had was the lack of cell service made it hard to look up the access code once we arrived, so be sure to look at your code before arriving. Once we got inside and logged onto WiFi, we had great signal strength inside and around the fire ring. The location is within a tiny home community, so there were neighbors visible next door and across the street. When sitting at the fire ring, we could hear music from another tiny house but thankfully we share the same taste in music so it wasn’t a problem. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed our 3 night stay immensely! We have already decided to make it a yearly tradition and will definitely strive to stay in the same community of cozy cabins. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment of booking up until the moment of writing this review. I truly cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our vacation! Mentone is a beautiful location and the Black Diamond cabin was certainly icing in the cake!”

“This is a well-kept, cozy cottage that feels secluded but isn't. A storm came through in the early am, and we lost power. However, the utility crews restored the power and cleared the roads just after dawn.Communication with the management team was excellent, and the home was well-stocked with linens and essentials.Don't be alarmed if you see the neighbor's large, fluffy white dog staring through the front door window. Despite the peeping, he was very calm and kept his distance. ”

“We loved this tiny cabin!! We’ve never stayed in a tiny house before and wondered if we’d like it. We’ve also wondered if we’d like to live in a tiny home. This was a grand adventure! We loved the tiny house and the tiny house community. It was so relaxing and quiet. The only negative—and it’s extremely hard to even put a negative in this review— is the outdoor grill. There was no charcoal grill and the gas grill was messed up. You could not cook on it. So, if you plan to stay here, keep that in mind, unless a new grill is included. Other than that — which is not a deal breaker— we loved our tiny house adventure and would absolutely rent this house again. We still rate this as a five star property. ”

“I had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean and tidy, it was private and quiet, and the host was super friendly and considerate! If I’m back in the area, I’ll easily and happily stay again!”

“Everything was perfect. Only complaint is the cabin could have been cleaner. Spider Webbs in the windows and a candy rapper up stairs. Other than that it was a great place to stay. ”

“It was a lovely stay. The tiny home cabin was quite roomy actually. It was private enough to feel like you were “out there” alone yet safe because there were other cabins unseen near by. The communication was so good and their response was almost immediate no matter how trivial my “needs” may have been. I would definitely stay here again. To no fault of the cabin owner or air b&b.. I will include a little advisement to check mentone area for things to do.. because there is not much there. It was perfect for me as I wanted to stay secluded but my trip to Walmart one way was 30 minutes.. so grab all you need before hunkering down for the stay.”

“This tiny house was perfect for my wife, our 3 kids (20,17,11) our 1 year old grandson and myself. It was a few miles down from every thing in Mentone and the property is nice and quiet. The bathroom was nice and spacious for a tiny house and offers a great size tub for bath time! Sage has been absolutely fantastic this entire trip with all the information she has provided us and responded so fast for each question I had! I highly recommend this tiny house for your stay! We can’t wait to stay in another one hopefully in the near future!”

“This was the perfect little getaway. It is close enough to everything we were looking for but far enough away to feel peaceful and relaxing. A comfy bed, 2 heat pumps that kept us nice and warm when it got down to 26, a well stocked kitchen, and the gas grill made this stay pretty close to perfect. We would definitely stay again!”
