“What an absolutely fantastic destination for a perfect getaway! Nice and quiet neighborhood (occasional dog barks) that’s a quick 15-20 minutes to Chattanooga depending on traffic. The house itself is very well kept and clean. Plenty of space to relax and chill. Especially liked being able to hang out downstairs and play a few games of pool. All in all totally worth the money and highly recommend checking out this place for yourself. Saving for future trips! Also wanted to note that the booking agency was awesome, direct and timely with their communication making every part of the process a breeze!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay with Sage. The house was clean and comfy. Definitely will try and stay with Sage again when we come up for our next tournament! The neighbor’s cat was a very sweet welcoming committee.”

“The stay was just what we needed! 20 minutes from Chattanooga. We explored so much of the city and mountains, went on great hikes. The place looks just like the pictures. We didn’t have time to play pool but their downstairs seemed like such a great hangout spot. All the beds were comfortable. Only think is the shower in room made a loud whistle noise when turned on but I’m not complaining just pointing it out. Everything was lovely and the host replies super quick.”

“This house was perfect for what we needed for our few days there, and the value was great. It was convenient and easy to get to, it had plenty of space for everyone who was staying there, and the host had terrific communication with us the whole time. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. It wasn’t in the nicest neighborhood, and there were some neighbor dogs that were a bit noisy at times, but we never felt unsafe. The back deck and backyard were perfect for my little boys to play in. However, it is on a large hill and there’s no fence, so just be aware that you will need to keep an eye on your kids if they’re out there. The kitchen had coffee and a coffee maker, and enough dishes and silverware for everyone, but it was minimal. No condiments or anything extra. It’s an older house, so has a little bit of a mildew smell, but nothing too crazy. These bedrooms are nice sizes, and the bathrooms are functional, but nothing fancy. I would recommend this house for the value and easy access.”

“This was a nice house in a pretty area. It was close to some great parks and just outside of Chattanooga with plenty of things to do. The house is older but in fairly good shape and the beds were comfortable. The host is very nice and super helpful. We got responses very quick about questions we had and they were fast to help us with some minor technical difficulties we had. While some amenities need a little attention, this was a good budget stay in a good location that is worth a visit.”

“The stay was enjoyable except for a few things. Needed additional sturdy chairs not plastic several there were broken. No way to close off someone looking in back sliding glass door because slats were missing. Outside porch is in bad shape needs replacing along with the railing. Pool table is in bad shape we bought tips for pool sticks so they could at least attempt to play pool. Best thing of the stay was the mattress in main bedroom was GREAT!”

“The only complaint was that three bulbs were burned out over the dining room kitchen, and one was burned out going down the stairwell. Everything else was fine.”
