“The home is located in a beautiful setting, where you feel like you are in a national park. The trees and spring flowers were so lovely. Very private, restful and peaceful. The place is a 5 minute walk to Andrews University, and close to everything in Berrien Springs. It has a great kitchen and spacious living room, and was immaculately clean on arrival.”

“The house was located very close to Andrews University, walking distance to get to campus, so is a great choice for a family wanting to attend functions such as graduation. For small children, there are playgrounds that are also walking distance. South Bend, Indiana and St. Joseph, Michigan are just short drives away. The size of the home was perfect, we were able to sit and share meals: used Doordash and Walmart delivery.”

“Really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for an event at the university nearby and this was close enough to walk if necessary. Quiet surroundings, house has been recently updated, and it was a great place just to hang out in between meetings, etc. Everything was clean and comfortable. The baby grand piano was also a nice touch!”

“Excellent location. Next to Andrews University. Quiet and serene. Spacious and welcoming. Features include a modern kitchen, a fireplace under a big flat screen TV with a ton of options. The living room has comfy seats, a grand piano, and a grand view with a back door. The backyard is a wide open space with mature trees on level ground. There is a safe swing and a variety of seating options. The basement has a ping pong table and board games. TVs are in each bedroom, and locks are on each bedroom and bathroom door. Highly recommended!”

“Oh my! My fiancé and I LOVED this property. It was spacious, and clean! Sage made sure to get back with me in a decent time manner (although the house was so amazing and put together I had no questions/issues during my stay). Will definitely be planning to stay here again :)”

“Great place to stay. Bathrooms could use some updating to match the upgrades to the house but they were functional. There is a separate unit in what appeared to be the basement and they were loud at night. First two nights they were very loud and kept us awake until about 1:30AM but it was a weekend and the house is part of a college campus.”

“Positive: Booking.com Negative: The primary bedroom was a little loud due to the heating unit for the lower level outside that room. There wasn’t a shovel at the house and there was a lot of snow. It would have been nice to be able to clear our own sidewalk up to the door when needed.”
