“Located right in downtown Niles so easy to access the area. The host was very communicative. The only thing I was unaware of was how to get inside the building as I didn't see any photos showing that it was actually in a business plaza. It took us a little to find it so that would be helpful to be explicit about in the listing, photos, and instructions.”

“Overall I had a great stay. The unit was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and it looked exactly like the pictures. The shower was amazing and my favorite part about the unit. There was some noise from neighboring units but that was understandable considering they are lofts. This would not keep me from returning- in fact have already booked again! definitely recommend as a great place to stay if you’re in town :)”

“always a great place to stay! was a little pricey this time. they have a 10 am check out time and that is michigan time. so if comming from the hour time difference that's 9am ugh. the river is beautiful.”

“Cute and cozy space. Nice and quiet area. Secured entrance a plus 😊 My children loved hanging out in the loft room (I think that's what it's called ) above the bathroom which we thought was super cute. They have a coffee bar outside the rooms which was nice too. We were just passing by for a night but we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again if ever in the area. Thanks Enjoy Unique Stays!”

“Cute and clean. Interesting setup with shared spaces like the kitchen. Walls seemed paper thin was really our only concern as some others were pretty loud and rowdy. Great coffee sandwich shop with adult beverages within walking distance. Also the Iron Horse distillery was a great lunch location.”

“Great space for a short stay, but not all the neighbors mind the quite time restrictions.”

“All 10 lofts on this property share a common area with a couple of Keurig machines. Each loft has its own refrigerator and microwave. Although the guest manual says that glassware is supplied, it is not. The soundproofing between rooms is minimal. The bedsheets provided don't fit the mattress, so the sheets tend to bunch up and wrinkle, making for uncomfortable sleeping at times. The WiFi wasn't working when we arrived. When I texted about it, there was no response until the next day.”

“The bed in Loft 8 was great, I felt right at home. Shower was very nice, and the space was great for a short stay. Although the walls were extremely thin, but if you can get past that it's a good short term stay.”

“The location was an easy walk to the beautiful riverfront and the downtown Niles area. The room was quiet and had lots of space. The loft would not be a space for younger children due to safety issues with the ladder and guard wires, but older children would probably love it (their own TV, extra space to move about, and plenty of electrical outlets for electronic gizmos). The bathroom had a huge shower area and two sinks. Outside the room was a meeting area and coffee bar. This would make for a nice meeting area if multiple rooms are booked in the same building. Lots of laundry machines were available on the same level as the room. The room is up a set of stairs, so ability to climb stairs is a necessity.”
