“Amazing place to stay! I loved my little solo trip! Only thing is the walls are SUPER thin so you can hear pretty much everything going on in the other condos. But that has nothing to do with the host! They were super nice, super responsive and friendly! I loved my stay here, would definitely recommend it to friends or family!!”

The community was peaceful and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the area and everything the town had to offer. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of things nearby and easy access to get around. Our host was so kind, friendly, and communicative throughout our entire stay. Communication was easy and prompt, and we truly appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were. Everything was well thought out, and we felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. “I really enjoyed my month long stay. The unit itself is very nice and it's location is awesome. Anything you could possibly want is within walking distance. I would stay there again just for the two headed shower. Tons of hot water and strong water pressure! The host is super responsive. I couldn't get in late one night because the door lock ran out of battery and after calling I was inside in under 3 minutes. I would highly recommend Unique Stays.”

“Totally enjoyed my stay. The walking path was the reason I picked this spot and it did not disappoint. So nice washer/dryer was right outside my unit along w/keurig station. Bed super comfortable and more than enough room. Yes walls are a bit thin and I could hear my neighbors but all was quiet after 10. Windows and outside of building could be cleaned up a bit. I will definitely re-book when I am in town again.”

“We had a great time, the little town of Niles is cute, and the view from our room was very nice. A few things could be changed and it would make the stay even better. The shower heads needed to be cleaned as they had alot of build up on them, the heating/cooling system was a little confusing to use and no instructions on how use them, but after a bit we had finally got one of them to blow some heat. The place says it will sleep 6, I would not recommend that, as the couch is very small and would not make a good bed to sleep on let alone with 2 people and the loft bed is a thin bed on the floor and has very small space to move around, this would not be do able unless it was kids sleeping there. Again our stay was good but with these small changes it would make a great place to stay!”

“This place had plenty of space, and more sleeping area than advertised. It was clean and had everything I needed. Coffee is outside of the room in the hall and free washer/dryer to use right outside the rooms. This particular room is pretty view and access to river walk.”

“This little place was just what my friends and I needed for a weekend at Notre dame! It was clean and provided just the right amount of space, while also being reasonably priced! It was also decorated so cute! Only small problem was the walls were very thin and we were able to here the guy next door and his conversations. It was not a big problem for us though! Will definitely book again!”

“Great spot for our family. Nice desk/work space at the windows overlooking river. Quiet - although walls are thin so if there was a noisy group next door you would definitely hear them. Very clean - Might recommend a different cleaner - smells a bit like a chlorine pool. Would definitely return and stay again! Great italien bakery/coffee shop one block away!”

“Exceeded my expectations! Building itself was warm and welcoming, opening my room door I felt like I walked into a magazine cover. Clean, welcoming, had everything I needed. Great location near a nature trail by a river as well. Check in was easy, great communication with owner. I highly recommend!”

“We only stayed for a few hours for a road trip overnight stop, so can't say much. Beautifully designed loft that merits higher quality bed linens. Easy to get to and very clean except for sofa, but host asked for photos so they could take care of it. She was very friendly and responsive. Def feels like a business-run place (which it is). Right in front of the river; wish we'd had time to enjoy!”

“The loft apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The accommodations were of a high standard, akin to those of an upscale boutique hotel. Notably, while there were no in-unit kitchens, a coffee bar was available in the hallway for guests to utilize. Nonetheless, the thin walls did permit a considerable amount of external noise, which proved problematic given my light sleeping habits.”

“The inside of the loft looked exactly like the pictures, bathroom was beautiful. The only thing we notice was the bed on the top had a lot of dust on the covers and pillows . My friend suffers from allergies. Other than that, everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay. We walked around and explored the town. There was a fair going on which was super cute and had local vendors.”

“The unit was very clean and had unique finishes and furniture. Sitting area and washroom were spacious and the rain shower was fantastic. Very nice view of the river. Much nicer place to stay for our daughter's graduation weekend than a hotel. There was some sound transfer issues between our bedroom area and the next unit. Note to the owner - the possible problem was the gypsum board was not acoustically caulked at the underside of the metal roof deck, the mineral wool insulation stuffed at the top of the wall at flutes doesn't have the density to stop sound completely.”
