“We had a great stay! Extremely peaceful, and a short walk to the community pool and amenities. Our host was quick and responsive to any questions we had. We had everything we needed for our stay; from bathroom amenities to cooking, grilling and kitchen appliances. The fire pit and charcoal grill are perfect touches! The views surrounding the area are beautiful. A short drive to Mentone and cloudland canyon state park! Important to note, you are at least 15-20 mins from any major store, restaurant or gas station; so plan accordingly. Would highly recommend and would stay again!”

“The tiny house was great as well as clean and secluded with deer and a great sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc., but we did not use it because we brought our own supplies. The bathroom was well stocked with soap and shampoo. Check in was just ok because the check-in link through the App would not work. Have them text you the link. Thanks Kayla for helping us with the door lock issue and water pressure issue. Overall it was a great experience and we do recommend this property.”

“Our cottage had an issue with a broken air conditioning system, but the host was on top of it and had three large “in room “ a/c units going before we arrived. Unique Stays representative was responsive to questions and a maintenance tech came by to check on a/c units the evening of our arrival. Very clean and comfortable property with like new fit and finish. Parking was ample with space to turn around. Enjoyed our stay very much much.”

“My stay at Fern was exactly the getaway I needed! The area is so peaceful and pretty, I spent several hours reading on the porch. The cottage is just as it appears on the listing and was perfect for what I wanted - cozy and comfy with naps encouraged! Fern's full kitchen, bathroom, and king sized bed made me forget I was in a tiny house. I also LOVED that there was no extensive checkout cleaning list (we've all been there). If you are looking for a relaxing no-pressure getaway, this is the perfect spot!”

“By far we'll worth the price! Not a place to go if you want seclusion. The neighbors cabin is probably 30yrds from your cabin. I will say who ever they get to clean is on there game. It looked brand new. Only negative thing is not a place for you and wife or girlfriend because of how close neighbors are.”

“Positive: Such a cute little cottage! Smelled brand new and was decorated in farmhouse decor. You can sit outside on the porch or by the fire pit. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. Negative: It is definitely small. For 6 people there really isn’t enough seating if everyone wanted to watch a show together.”

I did struggle to use the keyless entry but the hosts were super helpful in making sure I didn’t have a delayed entry. Would recommend staying here and using Unique Stays again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fern Cottage. The home was located in the woods, close to so many areas to explore. Only 15 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park. Less than 45 minutes from Chattanooga with their top 10 aquarium and famous Rock city. Less than an hour from DeSoto State Park and the beautiful scenic spots along the canyon drive. We saw many wild deer out and about so be careful when you drive. The place was just what we needed to unwind. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone who enjoys nature and the outdoors.”
