“Excellent host and absolutely beautiful property!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9! The property is incredibly peaceful and was the perfect setting for a relaxing fall getaway. The cabin had a wonderful layout, and waking up to those gorgeous sunrises overlooking Nickajack Lake was simply breathtaking. And the hot tub? Absolutely amazing!We loved every minute of our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. Next time we make our way back to Paradise, we’ll definitely be bringing supplies for s’mores and staying a few extra days to soak it all in.Such a beautiful little escape! We can’t wait to come back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Cloud 9 cabin! We did have some issues with the grill, but we adjusted. The views were beautiful , and we really enjoyed the hot tub! The only thing I wish we had was maybe a washer and dryer , or an onsite community washer and dryer , that way we could rewash the towels for extended stays ! We hope to stay again!”

“We used this as a stay-over between our home and destination, but I wish we could have taken more time here. Our kids loved the indoor pool and slides. The view was stunning. And the house itself was cozy, open and clean. Previous mentions of a dog barking worried me, but within the home we couldn’t hear anything and I would absolutely recommend this place again!”

“This was a last minute find for us and we LOVED it! It was absolutely stunning and the property was unreal! Waking up to see some roosters outside our cabin was so surreal. Such a cozy cabin and wonderful vibes all around. Will absolutely be coming back!!!”

“We arrived late at night and it was raining, so the only small downside was that the cabin signs were a little hard to see in the dark. We just wish the cabin names were better lit. Other than that, the cabin was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time in the pool (it wasn’t freezing!), enjoyed seeing the farm animals, and our kids loved hanging out in the hot tub. We did have a small maintenance issue with the hot tub, but it was taken care of right away. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.”

“We had a great time at Cloud 9. The host checked in via email to make sure everything was going smoothly. The view was stunning and the property was well-kept. I would definitely come back. Next time, I’ll strive to get a different layout- just because my husband and I don’t do well with a lot of stairs. I didn’t realize the bottom level was not part of the cabin and we had to climb two flights of stairs- one to the rental entrance and another flight to the master bedroom. That’s where the larger bed was. Still, it was a cozy stay and very pleasant. The balcony and the hot tub were awesome!”

“We didn’t realize the housekeeper stayed below us, and her dog barked a lot. But enjoyed the cabin and the area. We do wish there was more light around the hot tub. ”

“Just got back from amazing trip to Tennessee. Cloud 9 was perfect for what we needed for this trip. I would certainly recommend it although, there are other options with unobstructed views on the same property. The views from this cabin were also good. The host were very responsive and nice and made the check-in / check-out process very easy.”

“Impressed with the cleanliness and attractiveness of the interior. Kitchen well stocked and had more than advertised in terms of utensils and a few staples. The outside and stairs and deck could use some sprucing up and the deck fan needs to be replaced very badly. It rained and the window just above the air conditioning unit on the first floor leaked around there might not be any flashing outside. The hot tub was great. Would love to see another partial fence to hide bathers from the lights of the pool.”

“The property was high on the mountain top and the views were overlooking a body of water. Super pretty! The cabin itself was perfect, it was up some stairs but that gave it a sense of privacy. There seems to be a family living downstairs full time so I tried to make sure my 3 year old wasn't full on party mode. The hosts provided everything necessary: paper towels, dish soap, sponge, shampoo/conditioner, towels and bedding. There were ac/heat units on the walls much like a hotel has. I was worried by the layout of the pictures of the couch being along the banister that my son would climb but the layout of the furniture since changed and I didn't need to worry about that. A mile down the road is a little beach area and about 20 minutes away is a town with restaurants and stores. Chattanooga was not a bad drive but there is a date time line between the condo and Chattanooga I did not plan for. Central/Eastern. So if you make ruby falls ticket plans, etc just be considerate of that. Overall the condo was beautiful and very rustic. Bed was comfy and pool was pretty neat! Host was incredibly responsive as well”

“Cute place with personal hot tub, great pool that was a lot of fun, friendly farm animals, basketball court, volleyball court, big picnic area, and trail to the tri-state corner. We had good, quick communication with the property manager (there was a dog below us that barked fairly consistently the whole time it was left alone but the property manager did try to remedy the situation quickly and it worked for a little while so we could go to sleep the first night). Would definitely stay at one of their properties again, very impressed !”

“As advertised. Beautiful property. Not too far from towns but it is secluded. Hot tub worked. Indoor heated pool was nice. Great view. No complaints other than guest underneath my cabin would leave his dog unattended every day and it barked non stop all day. Would recommend to anyone looking for solitude or if they are in the area. Would definitely stay here again. Would love to see the property with a good snow but the roads in/out wouldn’t be safe.”

“What a terrific cabin and location. Easy in and out of Chattanooga, which was the area we spent most of our time. The cabin was extremely clean and very comfortable. The pool house was a fantastic bonus, with a large heated pool that was well maintained. Visitors staying in neighboring cabins were extremely friendly. Access through the gate, to the cabin and pool house was communicated ahead of time and without error. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway with a short drive to Chattanooga or Huntsville. I will definitely stay here again.”

“The cabin we rented was perfect. Location and all amenities was everything plus some of what was advertised. We did have problem getting wifi connection which was hard to occupy a 2 year old sometimes but could be expected as being up on mountains. Very nice rental.wpuld definitely do again.”
