“We were actually sad to wake up at our own house after the trip. That’s never happened. This trip was more than we could have asked for. We stayed in Sunset Ridge. Beautiful views, right next to the pool, kids loved the built-in fun at the house. What they don’t tell you is that there are beautiful horses to pet, if your adventurous. There are chickens, goats, trails. You feel like you’re at a campground but staying in a nice house. We are definitely coming back!”

“Stayed here for my son's 8th birthday and our kids LOVED this cabin!!! The pool was amazing! couldn't have asked for a better stay for our family and just so fun. Also the sunset and view were unbeatable truly! 10/10 recommend and we will surely be back.”

“Absolutely amazing place to stay with the family! We only stayed one night and were regretting not getting more time! The pool house was such a hit with the kids and was so awesome to have at night. The slides and tunnels in the cabin were also such a hit! My kiddos couldn’t get enough of it! Over all the cabin was beautiful, perfectly clean and the views were over the top. We’re so excited to plan another longer trip with friends and family and make many more memories!”

“This was a dream come true for our family! My kids were thrilled with their experience and couldn’t have been happier! My wife and I felt so much at peace and we loved the view. We felt so happy with our choice we booked an extra night and no one wanted to leave! Absolutely amazing!!”

“Nice property, beautiful mountain views and sunsets. Property easy to get to once you acclimate to the uphill drive. Could be scary for anyone not used to driving in the mountains but signs on property were very clear. Beautiful and relaxing deck which was nice in the evenings. There is also a fire pit and wood available, we didn’t use. Note that the room with the rock wall has no sound proofing due to the slide that empties above the living room. Anyone sleeping in that room will hear all of the noise from the kitchen and living room. Kitchen stocked with all we needed to cook our meals (pans, etc). We couldn’t figure out the thermostat. Temp was at 75 no matter what we did. We didn’t bother calling management. Property manager communication was proactive and helpful. Walmart close. We also enjoyed South Pittsburgh TN and the Lodge cast iron museum, cute small town less than 20 minutes away. All in all a great stay and we would visit again.”

“This was perfect for our trip! We were only a 15 min drive from a grocery store, but high enough in the mountains to feel secluded. The views were breathtaking and the tri-state trail was challenging but rewarding!”

“We made a quick 2 night stay on our way to a work event. We wanted a place were we could just enjoy the amenities and each others company and relax….this was the place!!!!! We each had our own comfortable rooms, a great living room/kitchen for gathering, an amazing porch with beautiful views and comfy seating, and the perfect private hot tub with a spectacular view!!!! We wish we could have stayed longer, it will definitely be on our list to visit again!!”

“Great location for a weekend getaway. It’s quiet and has beautiful views. I’m sure it’s nice in the summer, but I think fall and winter are best. Sitting in the hot tub, looking out over the hills for miles around is one of my favorite things. We will come back and probably bring family.”
