“The whole paradise point property was incredible!!! Our cabin, Sunset Ridge, was so well decorated and was a great blend of fun for the kids and beautiful for us! The views are fantastic! The host was very easy to communicate woth and very accommodating. Sunset ridge cabin is next door to the pool, which was great for swimming with our kids.”

“We had a great time. Our family spans with kids ranging from 9 years to 8 months, and the cabin and paradise pointe fit every need we had. The pool, pickleball , views and more were amazing.”

“we had an amazing time at this location. fireflies at night were amazing! Definitely have to visit!!!”

“Great cabin, breathtaking views would recommend to others!”

“We were actually sad to wake up at our own house after the trip. That’s never happened. This trip was more than we could have asked for. We stayed in Sunset Ridge. Beautiful views, right next to the pool, kids loved the built-in fun at the house. What they don’t tell you is that there are beautiful horses to pet, if your adventurous. There are chickens, goats, trails. You feel like you’re at a campground but staying in a nice house. We are definitely coming back!”

“Positive: The cabin so immaculate! Our kids loved the pool.”

“Stayed here for my son's 8th birthday and our kids LOVED this cabin!!! The pool was amazing! couldn't have asked for a better stay for our family and just so fun. Also the sunset and view were unbeatable truly! 10/10 recommend and we will surely be back.”

“Absolutely amazing place to stay with the family! We only stayed one night and were regretting not getting more time! The pool house was such a hit with the kids and was so awesome to have at night. The slides and tunnels in the cabin were also such a hit! My kiddos couldn’t get enough of it! Over all the cabin was beautiful, perfectly clean and the views were over the top. We’re so excited to plan another longer trip with friends and family and make many more memories!”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay! Our family stayed here for a much needed retreat. The property was peaceful and beautiful! We loved the sunset and moutain views. The kids loved the slide and rock wall. We enjoyed the hot tub and well supplied kitchen for cooking. The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated.”

“Me along with my guests from the second we walked in to the second we left were met with exceptional hospitality and VIEWS! The inside of the cabin was just as impressive as all of its amenities. 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a good weekend with either family.”

“I’d like to thank Fred for his hospitality, his place was amazing, can’t say enough good things about it. Fed was very responsive and helpful. Place was very clean. I would definitely stay again, and much longer than this stay. I’m closing all was great”

“Fred is a great communicator! The views are breathtaking! There are a lot of amenities at the Pointe as well as nearby! Thanks for a great vacation!”

“The cabin was amazing. It was decorated beautifully and the excitement the kids had when they saw the slide and the net above the living room was worth it all! We had an issue with the AC unit but the moment we let management know they were addressing the issue ASAP. Would highly recommend staying there. ”

“Loved this house. We’ll be back. ”

“Loved this location!”

“This was a dream come true for our family! My kids were thrilled with their experience and couldn’t have been happier! My wife and I felt so much at peace and we loved the view. We felt so happy with our choice we booked an extra night and no one wanted to leave! Absolutely amazing!!”

“This place is as advertised - beautiful views, hot tub, slide and climbing wall and tunnel area for the kids to play. The community indoor pool was large, comfortable, and not crowded - just a handful of people there when we went. Our host was quick to respond to questions and messages. ”

“Cabin was great. Pool was nice and can’t beat the view. My family had a great experience.”

“This cabin was amazing! The interior was gorgeous and clean. The views from the deck were out of this world. We enjoyed seeing all of the farm animals around the property. Communication was excellent. Thanks for a great trip!children too.”

“Nice property, beautiful mountain views and sunsets. Property easy to get to once you acclimate to the uphill drive. Could be scary for anyone not used to driving in the mountains but signs on property were very clear. Beautiful and relaxing deck which was nice in the evenings. There is also a fire pit and wood available, we didn’t use. Note that the room with the rock wall has no sound proofing due to the slide that empties above the living room. Anyone sleeping in that room will hear all of the noise from the kitchen and living room. Kitchen stocked with all we needed to cook our meals (pans, etc). We couldn’t figure out the thermostat. Temp was at 75 no matter what we did. We didn’t bother calling management. Property manager communication was proactive and helpful. Walmart close. We also enjoyed South Pittsburgh TN and the Lodge cast iron museum, cute small town less than 20 minutes away. All in all a great stay and we would visit again.”

“absolutely gorgeous loved every minute we were there and the kids were so excited and happy we will definitely be back.”

“This was perfect for our trip! We were only a 15 min drive from a grocery store, but high enough in the mountains to feel secluded. The views were breathtaking and the tri-state trail was challenging but rewarding!”

“This home was absolutely amazing! Beautiful view, super clean and very relaxing. If your looking for a place to unplug and refill your cup, this is the place to go. I will be coming back here for a longer visit.”

“Great views, easy check in, very clean, my family had a great time, would go again.”

“We made a quick 2 night stay on our way to a work event. We wanted a place were we could just enjoy the amenities and each others company and relax….this was the place!!!!! We each had our own comfortable rooms, a great living room/kitchen for gathering, an amazing porch with beautiful views and comfy seating, and the perfect private hot tub with a spectacular view!!!! We wish we could have stayed longer, it will definitely be on our list to visit again!!”

“Great location for a weekend getaway. It’s quiet and has beautiful views. I’m sure it’s nice in the summer, but I think fall and winter are best. Sitting in the hot tub, looking out over the hills for miles around is one of my favorite things. We will come back and probably bring family.”

“Loved it here! Great view and great host!”

“The location was gorgeous and the cabin super cute!!!”

“The best little getaway!! The place was absolutely amazing!”

“Great place with great price. ”

“The views from the deck were amazing! Loved staying here and the fire pit and hot tub were a nice addition to have.”

“Everything was great l rent again”

“Enjoyed our stay at Sylvia’s place! The view was excellent!”

“We had a great time at this cabin. Very clean and close to Chatanooga. We spent one of our 3 days just relaxing on the back deck drinking some wine taking in a full day of the great views. We would definitely go back.”

“We had a great time during our stay in the Sunset Ridge cabin. The cabin was clean, well decorated, & had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was great & the indoor pool was fantastic! The kids loved swimming every evening & it was great that there was a pool table & some other games as well! I received all the details via text ahead of time & we had no problem getting onto the property or into the cabin. Sylvia was very responsive & even got us an extension cord to use when we asked! The property offers spectacular views & sitting out on the deck every morning was one of my favorite parts of the trip! There is construction going on at the location, but it wasn't an issue & was actually very cool to see some of the new cabins being built. We did a lot in Chattanooga & the location of the cabins isn't too bad of a ride. The one thing to be aware of is that the cabins are central time & Chattanooga is Eastern time. We weren't really on a schedule & enjoyed the fact that we gained an hour when coming back to the cabin, but I didn't realize the difference until we got there. Would definitely stay at Paradise Pointe again if we are heading out that direction!”

“Wonderful place to stay with amazing views from the porch. Close to Chattanooga and plenty of places in the area to hike, kayak, and ride bikes. I would stay again🙂”

“Beautiful setting, great amenities, very peaceful”

“Great”

“We have stayed at various cabins in the mountains before and I will say this is the finest we have stayed. the views of the area is outstanding. Brent the owner is great and the rest of his staff are great. We will going back this fall for the color changes the area. The road up to the resort is an adventure, but that is overshadowed by the spectacular views and cabins.”

“We had a great family Christmas with enough room and activities to keep all ages occupied and happy!”

“Spectacular views and amenities! We came here with family to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind. We definitely achieved our objective. Cabin was cozy, comfortable and well equipped with essentials. The kids loved the huge indoor pool/rec area. Sitting out on the patio, taking in the view, and sipping on a beverage of choice was definitely the relaxation we all needed. We also enjoyed our morning and evening walks along side the horses as they foraged in the pastures. We hope to be back next year. I'm sure it will be even better by the then. The owners take great pride and were working everyday we were there on improvments.”

“Terrific stay. Quiet, clean, beautiful. Will be back. Thank you!”

“The house was great! I can't thank Sylvia and her team enough for the services and amenities. My family enjoyed it! I think my only negative was that we didn't stay long enough!”

“Just what we needed, quiet and peaceful views and super nice people all around. Great stay and top notch rental experience.”

“Property was as described and a much needed get away. Views were incredible.”

“The cabin is clean and nice with great view and a good location. The kids had fun swimming in the indoor pool during our stay.”
