“Booking, communication, check in/out, etc was all as expected. We read reviews and knew to get groceries ahead of time. I would also recommend bringing your own condiments and spices (some people prefer certain kinds of salt, etc). This particular unit is literally the same building as the indoor pool and the office is below. I do not think I realized that until we arrived. While very convenient for visiting the pool, it is a consideration because you can hear when other guests are at the pool. We really did enjoy our stay and are already talking about a return visit.”

“We had a wonderful 6-day stay at Paradise Pointe! 🥰 The cabin was beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and we loved all the amenities the resort has to offer. ❤️ A few small family-friendly additions, like a swing on the cabin deck, safety gates for toddlers, and a little playground/splash area, would make this place even more perfect for families with young children. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! 🫶🏻✨”

“Our stay here was wonderful—so wonderful that we booked a second week! The lodge was beautiful, spacious, and just as pictured. Our daughter loved the petting zoo, and the outdoor space was a huge plus. The views were amazing. There were plenty of linens, hot water, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The only slight downside was some noise from the pool area. It wasn’t continuous, but it was noticeable during the day while our little girl napped. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“Great little getaway. No need to leave if you bring groceries. The pool lodge was more spacious than expected. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one 9yo with room to spare. Noise from the busy pool was surprisingly quiet in the cabin. Really appreciated the pool towels available poolside with hampers. Well stocked with toilet paper, cleaning supplies, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Not just one roll or tiny soaps. Kitchen was well stocked and charcoal grill on deck. Loved the gas fire pit for s’mores and beautiful views. The pond for fishing and kayaking was great. Played games at the outdoor pavilion and possibly best of all was the hobby farm. Everyone enjoyed the animals. Close to restaurants, groceries and parks. We would return.”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The cabin was comfortable, and we had a wonderful time together. The only concern I have is that it was extremely dark outside, and the fog was very heavy. It would really help if lights were added along the road leading to the cabin so guests can see better when arriving at night. Other than that, we had an amazing experience. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we made some great memories. We would definitely consider staying again!”

“Lovely place to stay! Gorgeous views! I LOVED the fact that there’s a door off the living room that leads right out to the pool! My 6-yr old thought that was the coolest thing ever. I hesitated to stay here because I thought it would be too loud being connected to the community pool and because I feared the room would reek of chlorine. I was wrong! We could not hear pool noise (several kids) from inside our room. And they must have excellent ventilation at the pool because we could not smell chlorine at an INDOOR pool and certainly not in our room either. Very pleased! The pool itself had plenty to do for little kids and big kids. My 14-yr old son enjoyed it, too! The decor of the rooms is beautiful and I loved the two bunk bed set - how adorable!! We would definitely stay again!!!”

“Our family of 7 (plus our sweet pup) had a wonderful week long stay at the pool house cabin. The view and area are beautiful. There was plenty of space for all of us. The only complaint that we had was that every night when the pool closed then the pool would be filled with extra water. During that time our cabin lost all water. Pressure. It would have been helpful to know about that ahead of time, but once we did then we were able to plan for it. Overall we had a fantastic stay.”

“My husband and I are both teachers; we wanted to take the kids to a special getaway for spring break this year for their birthdays! Our twin daughters turned 13 and we booked the pool house above the pool, and we had an amazing time! Our children loved being able to go down to the pool, which is just steps away, literally steps away from this cabin. Everything was exactly as described, the hosts were very attentive and responded to any questions that we had. The facility has everything that you need to get a kickstart on your vacation, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. This little community is built in a very relaxing setting, so you can just relax and unwind, or take advantage of the activities—there’s so much to do on the property. We really enjoyed being able to go shoot some hoops, go for a walk and take in the panoramic views, and, of course, enjoy the amazing pool, a huge highlight! Highly recommend this property or any of the cabins on this property for a quaint little vacation on top of a mountain! ”

If you are not use to going up big hills… be prepared! Other than that, Sylvia was an amazing host. Whenever I needed something or had an issue, she had maintenance at my door in two minutes to fix the issue. I could’ve ask for a better host. Thank you. This trip changed my life!!”

“We stayed at the “pool lodge” for 4 days and 3 nights. My husband and 4 children ranging from 1 yr to 8 years old. Everyone had a great time. The convenience of walking out our door directly to the pool outweighed any disadvantages (loud after bedtime and bright). Short drive to Chattanooga which we went to each day for excursions. The hike was “fun and difficult”. My husband took our 4 year old and our 8 year old. The bed/bedroom configuration was a little tricky with our crew, but we made it work. The kiddos in the living room beds, one on the couch. Baby in the laundry room and parents in the primary. We didn’t use the upstairs bedroom/bathroom (bed was pretty uncomfortable after the first nights sleep so we moved downstairs). A friendly reminder there’s no dishwasher…because I know people read reviews. You’ve been warned again. Great spot and really fun time!”
