“Such a cute little cabin that is perfect for a little getaway. Close to the De Soto falls which is fun to explore and an easy hike. The cabin also stayed nice a cool even in the middle of June! Would definitely stay again.”

“I enjoyed this as a one-person rental. It does technically sleep as many as five, but it would not be comfortable to do any “hanging out” indoors with five. The couch only seats two. It is on the same property as a larger home and would be great as extra beds or privacy for that home. It’s a creative tiny house.It was very peaceful and quiet. The outdoor space was charming, but check to be sure the cushions in the furniture have dried out before you expect to use them. The road and driveway are well maintained and gravel.It was a little warm upstairs if you did not have the fan going, but the owner has the fan and A/C setup to circulate the air. Kitchen and grill were new and clean. I could have used an ice tray though. It was close to DeSoto park for hiking (about 10 minute drive). And the town of Mentone for the necessities.”

“I surprised my wife for Valentine’s Day with a trip to this beautiful little cabin. We loved it. After dinner at the Wildflower Cafe, we came back, sat and watched tv, & then tucked in for bed early. The loft was fun to stay & sleep & the bed was very comfortable too, which made, all in all, a wonderful place to just get away. ”

“This was my first time staying in a Tiny Home, and we had a great time! It’s just secluded enough on acres of woods to enjoy a peaceful retreat. The fire pit was amazing with two great swings and several Adirondack chairs surrounding it. The porch swing was a plus! The outdoor area had several rows of outdoor lighting that was beautiful at night. Something to consider though…The spiral stair case is narrow and a little shaky, so if that would be a issue, I wouldn’t suggest staying at this Tiny Home. Also, they have a larger rental house that is literally right next to it that has a walking path separating the two. So, if you don’t want neighbors, that would be a con. But it’s great for a big gathering to rent them both! Which I plan to do in the future for a Family Gathering.”

“I enjoyed a peaceful weekend in the woods and was grateful to have this airbnb as my home base. The location felt very secluded, and I loved being able to see endless expanses of trees through every window. The only thing to note at this location regarding peace & quiet was the close proximity to the main house next door; I didn't realize there would be an entire family staying 10 ft away and so I did end up hearing their conversation and activities for a good chunk of the weekend. Overall, though, the cabin was thoughtfully designed and decorated, and I slept well in the comfortable bed. Location was prime in that it was only about 15 minutes from Mentone Market & artisan shops, as well as 15 minutes from Desoto State Park, but tucked away enough that it felt closer to a camping/glamping experience than being in the main strip. I would definitely stay here again (preferably when main house next door is unoccupied) for a peaceful nature retreat!”

“We enjoyed our stay, We wanted a “camp” experience, and this cozy cabin delivered. The outside was even cuter than expected, with string lights everywhere, and it was so serene and quiet…. Future guests should know it’s very small, so everything inside is small (sink, shower,etc)… we bonked our heads a few times! 😄 House info was in odd spots, like behind the bathroom door. And some conflicting information. If you like to scroll on your phone in bed, there was no cell service/Wi-Fi at the top of the loft. Towels are well worn, and there were no kitchen knives (we luckily brought our own). The private fire pit had only the two egg chairs. We messaged the host about the missing chairs, but ultimately didn’t feel like moving chairs ourselves. We brought one camping chair, which worked out. Overall, it was a charming and peaceful little getaway, and we really enjoyed the outdoor setup and cozy atmosphere. Lots of squirrels, armadillos, and deer running through the woods.”

“We enjoyed this stay and the location was fantastic. The cabin was sweet and homey. We stayed with a toddler in a pack-n-play which needed to be taken up the narrow spiral staircase and that was a pretty big hassle, but the cabin was exactly as advertised! We saw a black bear too, which was really cool.”
