Sage responded promptly and I could not recommend this place more! - 20 min drive from middle of downtown Chattanooga - lots of parking - no close neighbors - 3 separate levels each with its own kitchen - AC was great despite the heat advisory going on outside.”

We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well as meals and games around the dining room table. My nephews thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table. The multiple kitchen areas were used as well as the multiple laundry areas. It is so nice coming home from vacation and not having a pile of laundry to do. The only suggestion I have is to pack a few hangers if you like to have your stuff hung up. There is an ample amount of closet space just very few hangers.”

The property is massive, kids spent hours in hot tub and pool, which was a huge lifesaver for keeping everyone entertained. The location is also fantastic—it is super close to Lookout Mountain, Rock City Some of the decor and furnishings are starting to feel a bit dated and could use a deep refresh. Also, navigating the long gravel driveway can be a little bumpy and intimidating if you are arriving at night or driving a smaller sedan. ​Overall, it is a very solid, spacious option for large gatherings and nature lovers.”

“The house was big and perfect for our extended family. My family of four had our own living quarters in the basement and my sister’s family had their own space on the top floor. My parents and sisters in-laws had plenty of space on the main level. There are multiple porches and great views. The space was large enough for everyone to have their own space and spread out.”

The large living room, kitchen, and dining room was great for our party of 10, and the game room and hot tub were enjoyed by my husband and I and our young adult kids. It was too chilly still to get in the pool, but it looked nice, and the front porch was perfect!”

“House was great for our large family. Property manager was great communicating with me. Location was excellent.”

“The house was exactly as described. We had 9 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the pool and the game area. The few problems we had were quickly addressed and corrected. While we were there, we saw the landscapers, the pool service people, and the trash collectors. It is clear the house is well maintained. Supplies such as trash bags, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent are readily available. Below are suggestions to make sure you have the best possible experience.1. Take state hghwy 193 to get to the house. It is a nicer drive, than coming through town. 2. Bring extra towels, especially for the pool. There are exactly enough provided. We spent a lot of time washing towels. 3. The kitchen is somewhat lacking. There are only 15 forks, so we needed to wash between meals. The pots and pans are not in great shape. All of the glasses are glass- so if you have kids, you may want to bring some plasticware for them. 4. Bring bug spray- The house is in the middle of the woods, which is so lovely, but there are bugs. :0)For groceries, there is a Publix and a Food City nearby. There are 2-3 coffee shops nearby, and the house is not far from some of the best sites of Chattanooga. It is a bit of drive because you are in the woods, but it's worth it. ”

We also loved the convenient location close to downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain. The gravel driveway up to the house was definitely much steeper and rougher than we anticipated. It wasn’t an issue for our suvs but definitely something to be aware of if you drive a small sedan.”

“This is a great house for groups of people who are close to one another. We loved all of the communal spaces: the big kitchen, dining room, living room, and the porch would be fantastic in warmer weather! You are also near good hiking and only 15-20 minutes from Chattanooga. This is best if the group knows each other well (like we do) because one of the bedrooms has three big beds and a huge bathroom, with an extra shower and toilet. But there’s also lots of space to spread out to only use that room as a Primary suite. We also loved that the house is away from other houses and has many trees. There is even a lovely walk up to the ridge from the driveway. And the hosts were very responsive and even came to fix something late on Friday evening! Enjoy it!”

“Our experience couldn’t have been better. My large family gets together every year for Christmas and this has been by far the best space we have experienced for our needs. The hosts were responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. We had an issue with a broken bed and within hours they were there to fix the situation, not only setting up the new bed but replacing the linens as well. The maintenance guy was so friendly and in and out without any issues. We will be back next year to what we have lovingly dubbed the “Christmas House.”Thank you for making our family time together extra special. ”
