No Instant Bookings: This property is not available for automatic booking. All event requests must be submitted in advance and approved by our team prior to confirmation. Please contact us directly to discuss your wedding or event details. We do allow free cancellations within 48 hours, excluding the booking fee.

Availability Requirements: Events are only permitted if the property is available and not already reserved for overnight guests. Availability must be confirmed by our team before any event can be approved.

Noise Policy: We maintain a strict no-loud-music or excessive-noise policy. This property is not suitable for high-volume parties, DJs, or amplified outdoor music. All events must respect quiet hours and the surrounding environment.

Event Approval Required: All events must be disclosed at the time of inquiry, including guest count, purpose, and any vendors. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

Guest Count Limits: The number of attendees must remain within the approved capacity at all times.
Respect for Property & Surroundings: Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect neighboring properties. Any damages or violations may result in additional fees or immediate termination of the event.

Event Times: Events can start no earlier than 11 AM CST.
