“This place was fantastic. The location was nice and private but within 30 minutes to Chattanooga. The views from the upper and lowe decks were amazing and allowed me to witness the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen. The hot tub is large and awesome and allows you to relax in it and see the views from the lower deck, as does the large swing. The propane fire table was awesome on the upper deck. The inside was very nice as well. The main bed mattress left a bit to be desired (seemed worn out and sank down into it with a bit) but some stretches after sleeping and I was good to go. Sage was super friendly and very responsive and I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking serenity, privacy, and relaxation.”

“The place is exactly as described, they have added deck furniture/ picnic table and a fire table which were not pictured but a nice surprise! Hangliding near by provides entertainment as you sit on the deck. The view is breath taking and I enjoyed the bed swing at night listening to the crickets and looking at the stars. The only challenge we encountered was communication as it is a team not an individual and apperantly they weren't communicating amongst themselves. Our maintenance issue took two days to resolve, and we accidently got locked out of the bedroom (the locks are simple push buttons). Over all, comfortable and as described. THE VIEW!! (be warned if you are the slightest bit afraid of heights, keep looking) THE DRIVE... is straight up the mountain and could be hard on your vehicles engine.”

“This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! This home is perched on a cliff and the views are spectacular! Pictures cannot do it justice. A gorgeous sunset is guaranteed on any evening if it’s not too cloudy! The home is spacious but still cozy with all the amenities you need. We were able to cook with the amply supplied kitchen. There are two living areas and both levels have big windows so you can see the views from anywhere in the house. The hot tub is a great place to relax and again enjoy that incredible view! But one of the most enjoyable (and unexpected) things was watching the hang gliders and paragliders from the porch. Some of them got pretty close to the house and it was super neat to watch! We visited Ruby Falls and Rock City. We also had a great time at Lookout Lavender Farm. Sage at Unique Stays was super great and responded quickly anytime I messaged her and she also checked on us periodically. 10/10 recommend this place!”

“Location Location Location! The cliffside mountain view is awesome and justified the somewhat scary but very beautiful ride up and down the mountain. This was our first time visiting the area, including Chattanooga, so we did a daily trip up and down to site see and, by the seventh day (our checkout unfortunately), I was more accustomed to the "thrill". LOL. We were quite pleased with the local tourist attractions on the mountain as well as the food scene in the city. Local people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again and next time will plan to buy several days of groceries at a time, limit the trips up and down the mountain, and truly just enjoy the beautiful views!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was exactly as advertised, and the hot tub with the amazing views was definitely a highlight. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee watching the hang gliders. Such a peaceful experience. The kitchen was very well stocked and the outdoor grill looked great, although we did not end up cooking during our stay. The full size washer and dryer was also a huge bonus.One thing to note for families traveling with small children is that the upstairs bunk bed loft area does not have a bathroom on that level, which could be challenging during the night for little ones. The cabin is spread across three levels, so there are quite a few stairs. However, the first level does have a bedroom and bathroom, along with a sitting area and mini refrigerator, which would work well for anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, we highly recommend this cabin and would absolutely stay here again.”

“The cabin views are amazing. It is great space for a couple or family. It was very comfortable. Their kitchen was well stocked. The fireplace was gorgeous, but we could never get it to work despite following the video instructions. It might have been user error though in fairness. Lots of towels and toiletries. The hot tub was amazing. It was too cold to use the swing on the deck, but plan to come back again to use this. It’s very close to Chattanooga and Trenton. Was able to visit all the tourist sites easily, but have privacy during our stay. ”

“It’s been almost two weeks and we still aren’t ready to be home! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this cabin. The host was super helpful and responsive prior to check in, and we were fortunate enough to not need any assistance while there. Instructions were clear, cabin was spotless, hot tub was on when we got there, and it was super easy to find. Truthfully, the only thing I would request next time is a dish rack since there is no dishwasher. However, I can honestly say we didn’t look too hard so it’s a possibility there was one. We only cooked a few meals so it wasn’t a big deal! Already planning our next stay because that view was INCREDIBLE. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great location too if you want to hike nearby or even hit Chattanooga or Trenton for dinner. Super easy and beautiful drives both in and out!”

“My Husband had planned a surprise weekend for my Birthday, but his plans got canceled a day before. So we regrouped together and decided on a couples weekend to just relax and unwind. We found this property in Rising Fawn and booked it last minute. We loved the pictures and it checked our boxes of having a hot tub, secluded, great views and a king bed. From the moment of booking the Hosts were great with communication and necessary information. The morning of we decided to see about checking in early and messaged the Host. We were about to secure an early check in and we are so glad we did. The property was easy to access from the address provided, well marked, and simple door lock access. After unloading our stuff we were able to enjoy the breathtaking views. We didn’t even leave the house except one time all weekend. We plan to come back as often as possible. Well stocked, sparkling clean and just as described if not better. We even saw a Bald Eagle fly by two times. Highly recommend”

“First off, our host AMAZING!! We found two of her properties in two completely different locations! We loved them both! We could not decide, so I reached out and she gave us key points to both locations in detail. We decided on this beauty and it was exactly what we needed! The view-peaceful! The porch swing-my fav! The hot tub with the view such relaxation! The top deck porch we did not get to enjoy as much as we would have liked due to weather, but what an overlook!! House-clean! King bed-you can get lost and sleep for days! The master shower tub extremely deep for a hot soak! The living room upstairs my next favorite place to enjoy the view with my morning coffee! The kitchen setup is perfect to cook away! The outdoor grill cooks a superb steak! We cooked on the grill majority of our stay!! Privacy-100%! Safety-Excellent! Location to Ruby Falls, Rock City, and Chattanooga perfect! Market On the Mountain, Massey’s Kitchen-Pizza, Main Street Meats-Filet Mignon!! 100% recommend!”

“The property views are unbelievable! Make sure you are there at sunset. You only get one towel per person so we brought more. I didnt want to wash for 3 days. Plus you need them for the hot tub. Bring a large frying pan if you are cooking. Upstairs beds have a plastic covering on the mattresses my adult kids didnt enjoy that. Master bedroom was very comfortable. No keurig. ”

“Our 8 night stay at Stone Ledge was great! The cabin was incredibly clean, and well stocked. The real winner here though are the views! The views from the porches are phenomenal and made the entire trip. We found the bed comfortable, and the location perfect, being only 10 minutes from town and 30 from Chattanooga (if you don’t mind twisty mountain roads every time you need to leave). I do wish the kitchen had a few more things, but I’ve had that issue with every cabin, and we had to go buy hangers for our clothes. We also had raccoons visit and get into the trash that was still waiting to be picked up from previous guests all week. Also, expect very many spiders outside on the decks! It is basically in the woods after all. These were minor inconveniences that didn’t take away from the trip at all! Unique stays had great communication and has definitely mastered hosting. I would stay with them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great vacation! ”
