Just steps away from the residence is a phenomenal coffee shop and a glassworks shop, and there are many amazing restaurants / beaches / things to do just minutes away. Kenneth responds very quickly to messages and answered my questions with such care and friendliness! The overall vibe was very industrial and was tastefully decorated, with a full and beautiful kitchen and gorgeous living room area. Be sure to go through the guest log if you stay here -- they hold great recommendations, and it is what my boyfriend and I used as a base for finding things to do! We definitely plan on staying here again, and again, and again!”

“Loft was fantastic. Walkable to a few restaurants/breakfast cafes. Location is close to lake and lots of activities. We hiked the state parks and enjoyed the Michigan shoreline. “The Classic Pied a Terre went above our expectations! It was extremely clean & spotless, something that is high on my priority list! We looked forward to unwinding at the loft, after a day of outings. The vibe was chic, but cozy and relaxing. It had everything we needed! Sage was amazing with communication, prior and during our stay! She answered any questions we had promptly. She helped make our visit run seamless! There were excellent coffee shops and restaurants on the block of the loft and a lovely, less populated beach just minutes away. An easy, quick drive to St. Joseph’s shops & larger beaches were an added bonus. Needless to say, I highly recommend the Classic Pied a Terre!”

I couldn't find the information about the wifi, but the host responded right away with the information when I asked. Parking is on the southwest side of the building. You have access to everything you need and more with a full kitchen and laundry room included. Kenneth and Sage are excellent communicators and went above and beyond with communicating instructions. The loft is in a great area with a handful of great options for food an activities within walking distance. One minor inconvenience that is out of Kenneth's control, but is something to be aware of is the pilates studio at the bottom of the building. They have 8:30am classes on the weekend, so be prepared to hear the instructor loud and clear over their speaker system. Other than that, surrounding residents are quiet and respectful.”
