“I highly recommend Kenneth's place to anyone visiting the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area. The loft is gorgeous and looks even better than the pictures! Very spacious and well decorated. You have access to everything you need and more with a full kitchen and laundry room included. Kenneth and Sage are excellent communicators and went above and beyond with communicating instructions. The loft is in a great area with a handful of great options for food an activities within walking distance. One minor inconvenience that is out of Kenneth's control, but is something to be aware of is the pilates studio at the bottom of the building. They have 8:30am classes on the weekend, so be prepared to hear the instructor loud and clear over their speaker system. Other than that, surrounding residents are quiet and respectful.”

Received top-notch service while eating tasty food at neighborhood restaurants. Was welcomed warmly by neighborhood merchants whose shops/gallery featured plenty to peruse and purchase. Driving around Benton Harbor and nearby cities was easy with a navigation app. Glad I ventured out of the neighborhood to visit Silver Beach, an antiques mall, and a venue that featured a large exhibition and art/photography studios.”

It was obvious that a lot of attention to detail was taken in the construction and layout, decorating, accessorizing, cleanliness, and with a subtle elegant aesthetic character. It was furnished with newer appliances and a convenient kitchen island. It is a well appointed place to stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.”

The pride and care of this place are so clearly evident in the design of the space and the amenities provided, including the kitchen appliances and supplies, thoughtful bathroom touches, and living room features such as comfortable chairs, couch, and extensive media equipment. I especially appreciated the quiet and sense of security afforded in this unique location in an up-and-coming arts district. Most of all, Ken is one of the kindest, friendly, and most responsive hosts I have ever encountered, who takes obvious pride not only in the rental units he has developed and now manages, but also in the surrounding community.”

“What a great place to call home for a week while we were in town celebrating a relative's 80th birthday. Clean and quiet, it was nice waking up and knowing we were just a half block away from delicious coffee at Forte and an invigorating run around the golf course's lush prairie wetlands just a half mile away. Kenneth went out of his way to forewarn us of a bit of construction outside the building when we arrived, and he was extremely prompt getting back to us if we had a question. Wonderful and highly recommend!”

“Classic pied a Terre is in the perfect location in downtown Benton Harbor. It was very clean and comfortable and even provided most kitchen amenities for an extended stay. I was there while starting a new job and coordinating a move from out of state. This was a near perfect place to stay in this situation. One of the few downsides I would have to mention is the lack of an elevator. If you have a larger suitcase it can be trying lugging up the stairs. Other than that, would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Benton Harbor. Kenneth was very responsive and accommodating even when I needed to extend my stay by a few extra days. Thanks!”
