“The host’s communication is what made this a great experience. We had someIssues with the hot tub, and the host worked hard to get it resolved and accommodate us. Communication was prompt and thorough. It was a great weekend to take in the fall foliage and relax!”

“Great cabin at a great price.”

“Our cabin was beautiful, clean and bigger than we anticipated. It was very easy to find, friendly neighbors quiet surroundings and very easy to get to places we wanted to go. Our contact person was always responsive within a few minutes with any of our questions. The hot tub was relaxing and used every day/evening. Our cabin was spotless upon arrival (her name was Melissa) and everything was easy to find. We had a few questions during our stay and they were easily and quickly answered by our host. We highly recommend Enjoy Unique Stays to everyone and anyone. Very easy to work with and very responsive. Thank you for making a very difficult time for us very manageable. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone.”

“Great location and lovely place to stay. ”

“Wonderful place for our visit. Check in and out was seamless, and there were no problems at all during the stay. Definitely recommend, and thanks to the gracious host for the coffee pods and the drip coffee maker with filters at hand.”

“Had a great stay!”

“Cabin is located in a very scenic area atop the mountain. Nice cozy cabin , sleeps 6 comfortably. Deck in the back was great and fire pits outside were great for sitting out in the evenings. Host communicated things great also! Would stay again. Thanks!”

“We loved this cabin. Great feel, hot tub is nice, and the ease of check-in was lovely. The surrounding area is beautiful.”

“We had a great time, very relaxed setting.”

“Rooms were clean, great communication, would stay here again. ”

“Great layout and hot tub!”

“A great spot !! Cabin had a lot of room for us !! We loved the location!! ”

“First and foremost, I will start with the communication from the host . They are 100% available all times of day and night for any questions or concerns . They usually respond within 30 minutes. I had several requests that I asked of them to make myself at home , and thinking that the answer would be NO !!Their response was PLEASE!!. So I really appreciated being able to be comfortable. The place was spacious and clean , it was very private and peaceful.next , let's talk about that hot tub that they have . Well , it's not a hot tub, it's a hot spa. Those jets in there are powerful, and will beat all the soreness out of your body . So be sure to adjust the settings with the nobs if you don't need a beating like I did ..There were quite a few complaints about the front blinds , and indeed , they were in need of replacing , so instead of me complaining, I just replaced them because we had four nights there.. everything in the house works as it should . The showers are hot with lots of hot water. All of the appliances work great , and the back Deck is a place of serene peace .”

“We had a great time. Furniture and appliances could use some updating, otherwise fantastic ”

“Nice cabin was very quiet. The place was clean upon arrival and the hot tub was very nice.”

“Enjoyed the stay at the cabin. Beautiful scenery and perfect location. ”

“Really enjoyed the time here peaceful and relaxing ”

“It was nice. Blinds was torn. Couches was a lil stiff. Other than that it was wonderful. Excellent. Just feel like blinds could definitely be updated and couches. But everything else was wonderful ”

“Furniture, kitchen essentials, and path to hot tub could be updated. Beds and bathrooms were good. ”

“Wonderful stay, enjoyed the home and location. The host is amazing and communicated quickly. If i had to say anytubg negative it would be they need couches or chairs that were comfortable. ”

“We always enjoy staying with Unique Stays they are always so accommodating and responsive will definitely be booking with them again!”

“Everything was great! So peaceful and quiet .”

“It was a great location for us visiting the area. It was quiet, in the woods, and even some deer came out to say Hi.”

“Maple cottage was wonderful. It was clean, quiet, and serene. It had everything we needed and more Great lication.”

“The process was super easy, the hot tub was amazing. It was clean and nice. I only wish the couches were a tad more comfy. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very clean, very nice little cabin. Easy to find, easy access. Great place to stay anywhere around Rising Fawn.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Loose Moose.”

“Great place to stay!”

“this is a nice home, the hot tub is awesome.”

“This cabin was absolutely great. There was plenty of space, the cabin was clean and as described in the listing. Plus it was nicely situated in a quiet area. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back if we are in the area again.”

“Great location to stay close to the fun, but a quiet place to stay!”

“The cabin was super cozy and settled back in a little nook. Spacious bedrooms, ample kitchen and relaxing space. The hottub was perfect when the sun went down.”

“My stay here was absolutely wonderful and I will be coming back! We had some questions and they were answered super fast! Check in and check out was super easy, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful, I definitely recommend staying with them”

“Really enjoyed our stay...off the road and not to far out of the way.”

“Positive: The location was great. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Negative: The couches were uncomfortable.”

“Positive: The secluded ness Negative: N/A”

“Positive: The secluded ness Negative: N/A”

“The house was very clean and there was plenty of room. Couches were comfortable. ”

“The cabin was very clean. The hot tub was also nice!”

“It was a great spot for our first family vacation with our 17 month old. It was a very convenient location to visit Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Chatanooga. There is a beautiful state park within a 5 minute drive with great views as well. It was easy to check in and out and the host was very responsive. The furniture does need to be updated, the couches were not in great shape. The path to the hot tub is very rocky so make sure to bring flip flops or sandals.”

“Great little place 30 minutes outside of Chattanooga”

“Very cute cabin in the woods. Nice and clean. The only thing is that the outside pictures need updated, the pond is pretty dried up, and the kitchen is kind of small. Everything else was great and they were prompt to respond. Beautiful area and nice cabins.”

“Cabin was clean and adequately supplied , Good location and a scenic route to it. Firepit and hottub was well enjoyed , will definily consider it again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Loose Moose. The cabin was exactly as listed. A few things could use updating. The couches in the living room have seen better days. And the blinds in the living room were broken. The beds were comfy. The cabin was nice and spacious. The hot tub was amazing on a cold night. And the location of the cabin was great. ”

“Great place to stay could use some upgrades to the amenities but overall great place for a weekend getaway.”

“The property is beautiful and well maintained. My only complaint is the numerous reminders via text message and email reminding me of when we had to checkout. I get some people don't follow instructions but the night before checkout was excessive. My husband and I were trying to enjoy our anniversary and our kids were at home. Checking messages is a necessity when you have kids but to get emails and text messages saying you have until the next morning at 10am to check out made us feel like we should've checked out a day early.”

“Sage was a fantastic communicator from start to finish. The furniture definitely needs an upgrade, but that didn’t ruin my trip! Good location and quiet area. Close to amazing canyon views and Cloudland State Park. I felt close to everything but also off the beaten path. The hot tub was a nice perk after long days of walking!”

“Cons: Outside garbage cans were small and the lids were broke off so was easy for animals to get into them There was no pizza cutter which isn’t huge but feel like a lot of people eat frozen pizza on vacation so would be nice to have One of the fans in a bedroom didn’t work and the fan in the living room had a ton of dust on it There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper and 3 garbage bags for our 4 day stay so we had to buy more The couches in the living room are horrible. The pull out couch was broken and the cushions were like a half inch thick they were so old. It was the main room to hangout in so would’ve been nice to be a bit comfier. Overall other than the couches all of my cons are little and easily fixable. I feel like the owners may not live in the area so harder to know about the little things that could be fixed to make the stay a bit nicer. Pros: Awesome communication from the property owner The hot tub was a littler slippery but worked great and was awesome to have The scenery was so beautiful and relaxing The swing in the gazebo was great to relax on They had a coffee pot and Keurig which was great to have They had some basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was nice because some people forgot some things The beds weren’t like amazing but they were your basic beds and worked well It’s not far from Chattanooga which is where a lot of stuff is but it does take awhile to get there because of the hills/curves and needing to drive 20-40 mph. It was a great experience though and if we came back to the area I’d definitely stay again as long as the couches got replaced.”
