β€œBlue Creek was exactly as described and was the perfect choice for our group of 5 people. It was a little hard driving up the bumpy gravel road but we got used to it! The jacuzzi smelled a lil bad, moldy? But it was still enjoyable and we were just glad it worked. We also had to restock on paper towels and toilet paper. The sauna was a super special touch and we got good use out of it! Overall the cabin was clean, spacious, cozy, and in a great location right outside of Helen. We would definetly book again. 9/10 :)”

β€œVery private and relaxing.”

β€œCabin was exactly as advertised and all the pictures were accurate. Clean, nice, and the location was great. Excellent value and we would definitely return given the opportunity. Especially loved the sauna!”

β€œHad a great time, the house is beautiful and spacious. The only hiccup we had was my mom’s car getting up the driveway. I recommend bringing a vehicle with 4WD. I think normally it would have been fine, but with the rain it made the gravel loose and hard to get traction”

β€œHad a blast at this cabin! Very quiet and very private. I would love to come back again another time!”

β€œWe had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the place. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The host was friendly and responsive, and we would happily stay here again!”

β€œBlue creek was a good experience with my Family.”

The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the hot tub and the sauna. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our host was attentive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out simple and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet mountain getaway and would love to come back again!”

β€œGreat location and beautiful cabin. Perfect place to unwind or spend the weekend with family and friends.”

β€œIt is a beautiful place. The cabin was very clean and extremely comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. I recommend it 100% for families to enjoy unforgettable moments. I was able to communicate with the host in charge via text message, and they responded to my questions promptly at all times. The only suggestion I have is that it should be clearly specified that ONLY 4x4 vehicles should be used, as the road is difficult and going up with a regular SUV is NOT possible. That is the only concern I can mention. Aside from that, the place is truly beautiful. Thank you, Maricarmen R.”

β€œFirst and foremost I want to say that I have 5 stars because of the host. Sometimes we travel to places and things happen. We are all living in the real world. Nothing is immune to mishaps. When we arrived the home was beautiful. Exactly as described. Remote location and felt like you’re truly in a cabin in the woods. The host was very responsive and kind to us. Unfortunately, two of the showers had black mold in them and I’m highly allergic- which caused me to have a horrendous reaction and needing medical attention. The host immediately responded and helped us get to another place. They also refunded us immediately. So while we did not have a great experience, the way they handled it was top notch and highly respected. I would host with them again based on this. I trust they will take care of the problem promptly. The only other complaint we had was that the home is very very loud. I don’t recommend for young families who need naps. You hear every pin drop.”

β€œGreat house for our family vacation. The hot tub was a hit. Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely go back!”

β€œEverything was excellent”

β€œGreat place!”

β€œBeautiful Cabin in a beautiful area.”

β€œOnly problem we had was not knowing we needed vehicles with higher clearance. I would recommend making that more prominent in the listing”

β€œWe had a great time at the cross creek hideaway cabin. Very secluded and peaceful. We enjoyed a lot of evenings out on the back patio with the hot tub.”

β€œHost accommodated my last minute request to add a furry friend. Quick response time, and didn’t have to ask questions about anything. Instructions were clear. Location was private and quiet, and close to everyone. I would recommend them!”

β€œGreat stay”

β€œwonderful stay. thank you guys!!!”

β€œThe communication was great with the mgmt company. We understood that we would be crossing a creek to get to the home, unfortunately the driveway itself is what should be warned about. The creek crossing was the easy part. The driveway has been seriously neglected for a while. Large washouts and ruts that made it almost impassable with the extreme incline. Someone had even placed a piece of plywood in the driveway to try and help. The house itself was as described and cozy. We did have a few things break while we were there, 2 of the 3 toilets, lost water pressure in the kitchen sink, missing tv remote in the master. There were also trash piles scattered around the property itself from what I assume were from bears hauling trash bags into the woods. It just seemed like more maintenance was needed on the home, inside and out and definitely some driveway repairs are much needed. In its current state, an extreme off road vehicle is required to access. Smaller 2wd SUV’s won’t make it.”
