“We had a great stay at this home. The location was perfect for accessing all that Helen has to offer and the back porch was a wonderful spot to relax. The home was clean and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again!”

“The pictures on the website were accurate. The property is in a perfect location. It was away from all the hoopla in town yet an easy walk to anything you wanted to get to. The deck was overlooking the river and was very pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the solitude. We were here in early Oct for a hiking vacation so the weather was perfect and it wasn't crowded. Several very nice dining options were very close. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit the Helen area.”

“Me and my sister stayed in condo 204 on the river and it was the perfect place to stay in Helen. We could watch the floaters go by and in the morning and evening watch and listen to the river! It’s so conveniently located in town that if it weren’t so hot we could have walked to many stores and restaurants but it’s the closest easiest drive to be right in the center of the square. We just absolutely loved it and the condo was very clean and a great place to come back to after days of activities and being tired wanting to relax!! We loved everything about it! I want to come back in the winter and I will absolutely choose to stay here again.”

“This was the perfect place to get away for the week. It had the deck that looked out on the river and we enjoyed the sound of the river. It provided a clean and nice place to hang out and just have a landing place so that we didn’t feel like we had to be busy all the time. It was very close to a bunch of historic and fun things to do.”

“The place was respectable for the price with a nice view of the river. The furniture and appliances are well kept. The house was rather parsimonious with certain supplies (coffee and toilet paper especially) so be ready for that , but we remedied this with a trip to the grocery. The bedroom door would not close, probably due to the building settling. If you’re comfortable walking any appreciable distance, you’ll be able to leave your vehicle and explore the whole town from this location.”
