When you walk in Golden Tee Haus, you’re greeted with an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room, opening up to the main floor deck featuring an outdoor seating area, big screen Smart TV, and wood burning fireplace! You also have the master bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you have two guest bedrooms with 2 queens in each room, a Juliet balcony, and a shared bathroom. In the basement, you have the large game room and another comfortable lounging area with a Smart TV, an Arcade game, and the infamous Golden Tee Golf Simulator! Right out the back door you have another screened porch with the large hot tub spa for your enjoyment!
Perks of being located in the wonderful Innsbruck community you also have access to the nearby outdoor community pool and Tennis/Pickleball courts. Access codes are required.

Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring, March1-June 15 and Fall, October – November. Each package includes Access to the trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, bring your own fishing equipment, Add package at checkout or by calling the office.
We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. “Very convenient to town, was able to walk to the heart of Helen in about 20 minutes. Plenty of space in house and outdoor space was comfortable. Enjoyed the extra activities such as arcade games, pool table, and hottub. Would definitely rent again. Only complaint is a lot of construction happening in the neighborhood so was noisy at times but no fault of the host.”
“The house is in a very convenient location. Getting in and out with a vehicle over 7 feet can be a little tricky. You have to use the exit at the guard gate. The house is very clean and the game room is awesome! The only downside is the house has no curtains, so it is very bright early in the morning. Vacation is the only time I get to sleep in so I was a little disappointed, but I should’ve looked at the pictures more carefully. Everybody in the little neighborhood is super friendly. The rooms are spacious and very nice!”
