Minimum age of renter is 25
DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.
Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.
Standard Pet fee: $150/pet
Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.
Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste
Firewood is Available for Delivery. $39.96 plus tax for three bundles of firewood (Monday – Friday Only)
We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay
Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year’s holiday

“I booked this stay on very short notice as I was driving through the North Georgia mountains. I was able to get the booking confirmed and gain access or within 30 minutes. The cabin was lovely with beautiful mountain views and a hot tub from which to enjoy them. Although I was solo, the 3BR home could easily accommodate 5 people. Perfect Fall weather to enjoy all that the cabin and area has to offer.”
