“This home was just what our family needed. The home was beautiful, well put together with endless family things to do. We played laser tag. Set around the camp fire. Lounged in the hot tub under the stars and cooked amazing meals. Then watched movies in the theater room. Outside we played, ate fresh pears from the pear trees. Absolutely a 5 star stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and very comfortable, and it accommodated all 10 of us nicely. The theater room was definitely a hit and gave everyone a great place to relax and spend time together. The house was also very well equipped with plenty of cookware and kitchen supplies, which made preparing meals for a larger group much easier. We only had a couple of minor issues. The stove seemed to be either off or on the highest setting, with not much in between, which made cooking a little challenging. Also, larger garbage bins would be helpful, especially for bigger groups staying several nights. Overall, these were minor inconveniences, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful home, perfect for a family gathering, and we would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Oh my goodness! We absolutely loved this house! We were a large group of 18 (3 families) and this house was perfect. We had three levels with bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge deck and hot tub for hanging out and a beautiful lawn for the kids to run around. The movie room was taken over every day by one group or another. We visited Rock City, Ruby Falls, Cloudland Canyon State Park, Tennessee Aquarium, and went hand gliding at Lookout Mountain Flight Park. From the back deck you can see the take off/landing for hand gliding. This house has everything!! Thank you for a great week!!”

The dishwasher and internet were not working for most of the stay, but they put a new one in at the end. Given those issues, we communicated frequently with the host and they worked to resolve the issues and were reasonable to work with.”

“Great place with plenty of room, and close to many attractions: Rock City, Ruby Falls, the Aquarium, and many others. The cinema room was a big hit with the kids, whether they were watching a movie or playing Mario on the big screen. The living room and deck overlook an airfield where we could watch hang gliders and parasailers, which everyone enjoyed. The drive up to the house is pretty steep and has a sharp curve.”

“Our family (9 adults and 5 children) had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space to gather together and also rooms and space enough to people to spend time alone and apart from one another. The host was responsive to our questions and concerns. The house was well stocked with towels in the bathrooms and kitchen and other needs (i.e. pots and pans, dishes, basic necessities, etc.). The mountain views and views of hang gliders overhead and in the landing area were spectacular. The wrap-around deck and hot tub were popular places to sit and visit during our stay. The house is secluded on the mountain side but convenient to Lookout Valley, the city of Chattanooga, and the town of Trenton by way of valley (not mountainous) driving. The pool table, ping pong, lazer-tag, and theater room provided plenty of activity for everyone. While we were there a new pickle ball court was being built on the grounds. In all it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it.”

“This place was awesome! The house was clean. We are fussy about that too. The hot tub was also very clean. There was plenty of towels for our group of 9. There was plenty of space. The drive is very steep, but views were amazing. The little frig in the kitchen was not working, Thankfully the basement has another full size frig. The beds were comfy especially on the 1st floor. 2nd floor; more firm mattresses. The twin beds were quite hard(probably kids wouldn't mind) Those in that room ended up sleeping in the theatre room. Those mattresses are very nice. The LR furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had most of the needed utensils, the grill worked well and bathrooms were well stocked including soap, shamp&cond. We had a problem with the AC. But were immediately helped. The response was fast & great. The manager did all he could to help the situation. We have no complaints about the level of help we received. We would return to this home in a heartbeat. Thank you!”

“This house was great for our group of 6 adults and 6 children. Everyone had their own space, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was good for cooking, plenty of coffee cups, plates and bowls - could have used another large cookie sheet. The hot tub was great, and the outside deck was very nice. The kids really enjoyed the game room and theater room. The only negative was that the house needed a good deep clean - and the outdoor grill was in bad shape. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This house was the perfect size for 16 friends!! We had more than enough room if someone needed space but the main floor living areas were huge enough to hold all of us playing games and having meals. I would come back anytime with friends and I imagine several families would love this place too. ”

Incredible views, amazing hot tub, kids loved the theatre room Really easy Check in and Check out instructions. Kitchen stocked very well for cooking. Even though the weather was "warm" we had a nice fire going one night in the fire pit. only one small glitch....We accumulated a lot of trash.... and would have put it in designated spot outside....but could not because outside cans were already full.... previous trash had not been collected. All in all, it was a fantastic stay at Retreat at Wildwood.”
