About Saddle Ridge Retreat

Perched on the edge of the Cumberland Plateau in Pikeville, Tennessee, Saddle Ridge Retreat is our newest way to “Escape the Ordinary.” Four architect-designed treehouses sit along the bluff, each with a private hot tub, a wall of glass facing the valley, and a fire pit at the drop-off. An hour from Chattanooga, thirty minutes from Fall Creek Falls, and far enough from everything else that the loudest thing on the ridge is the wind.

The four are open and taking bookings now, with the community growing to twelve as the next phases come online.

Every treehouse on the ridge has its own hot tub set at the bluff edge, so the view starts the moment you step outside. Below the deck a fire pit looks straight out over the Sequatchie Valley, and the sunrises come with fog pooled a thousand feet below you.

Inside, vaulted ceilings, a wood stove, a stair to the loft, and glass wherever the view is worth it.

Each treehouse sleeps four, and all four sit within a short walk of each other along Saddle Ridge Bend. Book a single one for a quiet couple’s weekend, or take the whole ridge for a group of up to sixteen.
