“The home was beautiful, we had enough space and very easy to find. Sage helped us with all questions and was always available. We had the privacy we desired and we were able to enjoy our time together as a family. Our 86 year old father was not able to travel due to his health and he was so happy to see everyone and be able to have a private suite. This accommodation was awesome!”

“The home is lovely. Perfect amount of bedrooms and we liked that each room had a bathroom. It was perfect for our stay. Very close to the wedding venue and we were able to enjoy St. Joes and the beach all 3 days.”

“Beautiful location and very accommodating. We had a 11 adults staying here and it's was very comfortable and spacious. We utilized the fire pit there which had wood. We also utilized the pool table which was great but only one workable stick so that was a bummer! There was a speaker to connect to in the pool table room which was nice, but you are unable to connect to it, so that was annoying! We also walked down the private road which takes you by the golf course and looped around back to the house. Fall colors just started it was very pretty and peaceful. I would stay again and highly recommend especially if you have a large group.”

“This was a perfect location for me and my wedding party for my wedding weekend. There was plenty of space and was bigger than we expected. There were a couple things left in the fridge from previous guests and it had a little bit of an older smell. But the location was only 3 minutes from our venue and there were plenty of amenities that we needed!”

“Our host was very responsive and we had no major issues during our stay. The house was well-kept and we used the kitchen a lot while we were here. The kitchen had plenty of bowls, plates, utensils, cooking tools, serving bowls, and even a spice rack. There were 16 of us so it was great that there were enough bathrooms to accomodate everyone. The backyard was lovely and we enjoyed the fire pit. The one small "issue" was that one of our guests said the guesthouse bathroom water smelled strongly of sulfur. But the actual guesthouse was very clean and cozy. All in all, everyone enjoyed their time here! It was private and comfortable. Would recommend.”

“Perfect place for our large group coming in for a golf event. The home is so spacious and offers a beautiful backyard for relaxing. Everyone could spread out. We will definitely stay again!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The home was in a very quiet neighborhood and near a golf course. The backyard was great and we enjoyed the bonfire we had. The home was spacious and we enjoyed the pool table which provided extra game time in the evening. It is close to St. Joseph (15-20 min drive). However, the first thing that hit us was the smell of the home when we first walked in. We also did find a cockroach in the basement. I have stayed in multiple Airbnbs and I was not expecting that in such a beautiful home. Aside from smell and cockroach, I would recommend the home.”

“The house was nice and in a great location close the wedding venue. Since we were there for a wedding , we had long dresses that needed to be hung up and every single closet was locked and we had no places to hang them. So that made things a little bit difficult. Also there was one extra trash bag. So we definitely had to go buy supplies for the house like paper towels & trash bags. There is a pool table there which was really nice. But only one pool cue that wasn't broken. Maybe I should have been more prepared with supplies. We did really like the house and it's location though. It definitely suited our needs for the most part.”
