“Excellent host and absolutely beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9! The property is incredibly peaceful and was the perfect setting for a relaxing fall getaway. The cabin had a wonderful layout, and waking up to those gorgeous sunrises overlooking Nickajack Lake was simply breathtaking. And the hot tub? Absolutely amazing! We loved every minute of our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. Next time we make our way back to Paradise, we’ll definitely be bringing supplies for s’mores and staying a few extra days to soak it all in.Such a beautiful little escape! We can’t wait to come back!”

“Great stay!”

“A beautiful location and facility. We really enjoyed the stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Cloud 9 cabin! We did have some issues with the grill, but we adjusted. The views were beautiful , and we really enjoyed the hot tub! The only thing I wish we had was maybe a washer and dryer , or an onsite community washer and dryer , that way we could rewash the towels for extended stays ! We hope to stay again!”

“We used this as a stay-over between our home and destination, but I wish we could have taken more time here. Our kids loved the indoor pool and slides. The view was stunning. And the house itself was cozy, open and clean. Previous mentions of a dog barking worried me, but within the home we couldn’t hear anything and I would absolutely recommend this place again!”

“They were beautiful accommodations ”

“This was a last minute find for us and we LOVED it! It was absolutely stunning and the property was unreal! Waking up to see some roosters outside our cabin was so surreal. Such a cozy cabin and wonderful vibes all around. Will absolutely be coming back!!!”

“We arrived late at night and it was raining, so the only small downside was that the cabin signs were a little hard to see in the dark. We just wish the cabin names were better lit. Other than that, the cabin was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time in the pool (it wasn’t freezing!), enjoyed seeing the farm animals, and our kids loved hanging out in the hot tub. We did have a small maintenance issue with the hot tub, but it was taken care of right away. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.”

“We had a great time at Cloud 9. The host checked in via email to make sure everything was going smoothly. The view was stunning and the property was well-kept. I would definitely come back. Next time, I’ll strive to get a different layout- just because my husband and I don’t do well with a lot of stairs. I didn’t realize the bottom level was not part of the cabin and we had to climb two flights of stairs- one to the rental entrance and another flight to the master bedroom. That’s where the larger bed was. Still, it was a cozy stay and very pleasant. The balcony and the hot tub were awesome!”

“We didn’t realize the housekeeper stayed below us, and her dog barked a lot. But enjoyed the cabin and the area. We do wish there was more light around the hot tub. ”

“Had a great stay! The place was clean and very nice. Did have an issue with the hot tub but the host got someone out asap and they got it fixed! Very responsive and helpful! Will definitely be back in the future! ”

“Beautiful place”

“Just got back from amazing trip to Tennessee. Cloud 9 was perfect for what we needed for this trip. I would certainly recommend it although, there are other options with unobstructed views on the same property. The views from this cabin were also good. The host were very responsive and nice and made the check-in / check-out process very easy.”

“Property Clean we like to come back great place to stay..”

“The cabin is amazing and felt like home, the moment we walked in. We will definitely be back to experience some of the other cabins. BTW, the view of the river from up there on the mountain is spectaculart”

“Impressed with the cleanliness and attractiveness of the interior. Kitchen well stocked and had more than advertised in terms of utensils and a few staples. The outside and stairs and deck could use some sprucing up and the deck fan needs to be replaced very badly. It rained and the window just above the air conditioning unit on the first floor leaked around there might not be any flashing outside. The hot tub was great. Would love to see another partial fence to hide bathers from the lights of the pool.”

“we loved the view, very peaceful and beautiful. Fred helped us with anything needed!”

“The property was high on the mountain top and the views were overlooking a body of water. Super pretty! The cabin itself was perfect, it was up some stairs but that gave it a sense of privacy. There seems to be a family living downstairs full time so I tried to make sure my 3 year old wasn't full on party mode. The hosts provided everything necessary: paper towels, dish soap, sponge, shampoo/conditioner, towels and bedding. There were ac/heat units on the walls much like a hotel has. I was worried by the layout of the pictures of the couch being along the banister that my son would climb but the layout of the furniture since changed and I didn't need to worry about that. A mile down the road is a little beach area and about 20 minutes away is a town with restaurants and stores. Chattanooga was not a bad drive but there is a date time line between the condo and Chattanooga I did not plan for. Central/Eastern. So if you make ruby falls ticket plans, etc just be considerate of that. Overall the condo was beautiful and very rustic. Bed was comfy and pool was pretty neat! Host was incredibly responsive as well”

“Cute place with personal hot tub, great pool that was a lot of fun, friendly farm animals, basketball court, volleyball court, big picnic area, and trail to the tri-state corner. We had good, quick communication with the property manager (there was a dog below us that barked fairly consistently the whole time it was left alone but the property manager did try to remedy the situation quickly and it worked for a little while so we could go to sleep the first night). Would definitely stay at one of their properties again, very impressed !”

“Iv stayed here twice now and love. The next time im on nickajack lake i will be booking again.”

“Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!”

“I hesitate posting this review because our stay was SO AWESOME and sharing about it with the world feels like giving away a secret of a gem place! But seriously, book here! Paradise Point is a true paradise!!!! Clean, fun and every detail thought about for us! Our cabin was amazing!!!!!! The pool was incredible for our kids and us and SO FUN! The views were million dollar views!!!!!”

“Loved the cabin during our stay. it was just what we needed, peaceful & surrounded by mountains. My favorite part was watching the sunrise while it's was still in quiet time. Definitely on our list of favorites & we will be back!”

“everything was great pool was a little cold”

“This was a great place to stay for me and my cousin! It was warm and comfortable! We enjoyed our weekend!”

“As advertised. Beautiful property. Not too far from towns but it is secluded. Hot tub worked. Indoor heated pool was nice. Great view. No complaints other than guest underneath my cabin would leave his dog unattended every day and it barked non stop all day. Would recommend to anyone looking for solitude or if they are in the area. Would definitely stay here again. Would love to see the property with a good snow but the roads in/out wouldn’t be safe.”

“We loved our stay here!! The views were stunning and the private hot tub was our favorite. Sylvia was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!”

“Cozy and comfortable. In a very nice compound.”

“The stay blew our expectations out of the water! The view is breathtaking, hot tub is so relaxing, and the indoor pool is so spacious and fun! Sylvia was an incredible host. We came during a winter storm, and she was so helpful and communicative so we got there safely. We are already planning a trip back!”

“Great experience ”

“We had an amazing time at Cloud 9. The cabin was cozy and inviting. The kids had a blast at the pool - us adults did too! We plan on coming back in the summer to explore the property and get some summer fun in. ”

“Can't wait to go back!”

“we love the cabin , only thing is that we didn’t like is that rooms are open not private , and that there’s no soap, shampoo in the bathroom , but aside if that everything is awesome , we will be coming back ”

“Sylvia responded to my messages promptly. She checked to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything several times during our stay. We look forward to staying at one of her properties again in the future. I would recommend renting from her to anybody who is looking for a great place to spend some time away to relax.”

“Beautiful and quite little spot. Will definitely come back. Only thing I didn’t love was the 10am check out.”

“Phenomenal place to stay! Amazing views, super comfy inside, and very peaceful. Hot tub and front porch are very nice. Very steep ascent, so a vehicle with power and 4WD would definitely be needed for the winter. Highly recommended!”

“Great place!!”

“Amazing location and view. Very quiet and well maintained property. Cabin was just perfect for the weekend getaway! Highly recommend”

“Absolutely beautiful scenery. Anytime I had questions the host was very quick and responsive. Learned they are a family working together to make this experience as enjoyable as they can. They were all ready to help with anything anytime and so friendly!! Overall an amazing experience I highly recommend the stay!!”

“Cabin was clean and comfortable. A little attention to detail might be helpful but overall a great place to stay. Views are amazing! Staff was friendly and courteous! We are already planning our next stay and bringing our extending family. Love it here!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Pointe! The property is beautiful! They had plenty of activities for families...basketball, cornhole, firepits at every cabin (with plenty of wood), wifi for the kids, and probably more that we did not get to take advantage of because of the cold weather during our stay. The cabins are furnished nicely and with a personal touch. Sylvia was absolutely wonderful to work with, she was always quick to respond and accommodating of all requests. Everyone that we met was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back, and recommending Paradise Pointe to our friends!”

“We had a wonderful time. The children enjoyed the pool and basketball court. The views are breathtaking and we will definitely be back.”

“Great views, plenty of space inside and out, great value compared to hotels. The roaming horses were a treat to watch. The lake is the perfect size for kayaks, which you can rent. If you want to hike to the tri-state point (marked by a wonderful steel arch), and the ground is damp, it's safer to drive to the cemetery and approach from the bottom, since there are 2 steep and slippery sections coming down from the top.”

“We had a wonderful experience at this cabin with a gorgeous view. Our 6 year old had a blast at the indoor pool and exploring the property. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. We had a great stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9 Cabin. We came to celebrate our 17th Wedding Anniversary. Upon arrival there was rose petals on the floor and bed, 2 swans made out of towels, and 2 coffee mugs on the counter to welcome us for the weekend. The cabin was spotless and was cozy to enjoy some downtime. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, hot tub, and front porch. I was disappointed that the view was between 2 cabins but we had a good time anyways.”

“Had an amazing 2 night stay.. wish we could of had extra days here. Beautiful getaway!”

“This is our second time staying and it was just what we needed. Not too far of a drive and a fun time for our boys. Will definitely be back.”

“We enjoyed our time in the cabin. Everything was as advertised. The kids loves having their own space upstairs and immensely loved the pool! The views were spectacular! I highly recommend this place!”

“Excellent!”

“We really loved the place. My kids had a blast!”
