Welcome to our newly renovated home in the heart of Berrien Springs! This stunning home features stainless kitchen appliances, granite countertops, hard bamboo flooring, privacy, and a peaceful location. You will find yourself just minutes from everything Berrien Springs has to offer from Wolf's Prairie Park (right across the street!), unique fairs, festivals, wineries, a boat club just around the corner with convenient lake access, breweries, and a charming downtown space to explore the local culture!

Inside our beautiful home, you and your family will find sleeping space for up to 5 people, a fully stocked kitchen, a private entrance and back yard, and comfort around every corner!

As a hosting family, we strongly believe in making memories wherever you are. That is why we have provided local suggestions so you can enjoy the experience of fully immersing yourself in the local culture. We are here to help with any questions or suggestions as we aim to create memories through Unique Stays! Please read our policies before booking.

Please Note:

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

Reminder: If a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

There are two cameras on the property. One camera is monitoring the front door and the other is monitoring the driveway.

We enjoyed a quiet, snow-filled parent weekend! The description of the house was perfect and furniture was cozy and comfortable. We got a couple of really great nights of sleep! The house was located with 20 minutes of several of our favorite places to visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again!

The house was extremely clean and well kept. Everything was well taken care of and in order. Definitely worth a stay if you are in the area of Berrien Springs and need a house to accommodate.

Love it here! I truly enjoyed all the little decor like the little owls and the wall decor statements. The location is perfect if you have to have to do anything with Andrews Academy or the university . Plus it’s in front of a beautiful park and lake. Nice and quiet at night too. Beds were comfortable and we had a good time.

Sweet little house across from park. They were not quite ready for us when we got there to check in at 4:15, but quickly finished and everything was clean! Space was great for a family of 5! Mostly quiet neighborhood, park was nice but busy, nice neighbors. Would stay again if ever in the area!

My family and I went to st. Joseph, MI for our vacation this year, and this air bnb made our trip so much better! The house was very clean, spacious, and homey. We were just a short drive away from the beach as well! We would definitely stay here again :)

The home was exactly as described. The hosts were responsive in a timely manner with any questions we may have had. The park across the street has beautiful views of the lake. The town is small but only 30 minutes from St. Joseph which was a beautiful area. The home was quiet and private. It was a nice place to stay for the weekend for our friends wedding.

Totally recommend’ The house is clean, easy to find and across the street from a park. Might want to consider a nightstand or table in queen bedroom for cell phone, c-pap, etc. other than that great great great!

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the area! A very cozy house on a quiet street with a lake view out the front. There is not a ton to do in town but everything you could want to do is within a 15-20 minute drive. There is a park across the street that we took walks through and got to enjoy the scenery. The host was very communicative from the moment we reserved our stay and created a very cute home that we enjoyed spending much needed relaxation time at.
