“This condo was everything described! We loved the quiet and peaceful area around the condo. It was walking distance to all the shops and gave us lots of exercise while we were there. The condo was clean and huge for 2 people. Denise at Blue Creek was very quick to respond and very helpful. We loved Helen and will definitely be back to visit.”

“Very nice and clean place, less than a 5 minute walk to downtown Helen, and about 2 minutes from the Oktoberfest location.”

“Although some updates have been made to the cabin, it still has an overall run-down feel and could use additional work. There was a strong, unpleasant sour or musty odor every time we entered, possibly from something that had soured or lingering body odor in the older couch. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice, but the property still needs further improvements.”

“It wasn’t what we expected but that was more our fault. This was our first booking through Vrbo so we had a lot to learn. Our biggest complaint about check in was that we were sent the wrong address. That led to frustration, however when we called we got a quick response and realized the mistake. Once we were given the correct address we were able to find the condo easily. The mistake of address was not our mistake. The host was very friendly and helpful. Parking was initially a problem. We got the lone remaining space at the far end of the building so it was an effort to get our things into the condo. Later, we were able to park much closer to our unit. Finally, we were unaware we would be on the top floor. The stairs were very difficult for my wife to climb. Next time we’ll pay more attention to that detail.”
