Place itself was clean has garage for your car itll fit suv, it also has washer n dryer, ping pong table, as well as few board games and playing cards. About 10-15 min drive to ruby falls, and about 5 min or less drive to rock city, incline.”

“This is very conveniently located to Covenant College and other restaurants and attractions on the mountain. The home is very cozy and the setting is so peaceful and quiet. One thing to note is that there is a small flight of stairs (8-10) that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. That can be physically challenging if traveling with any elderly in your group. The host is wonderful and was immediately responsive to my messages. We had a problem with the wifi and she instantly located the issue and it was resolved within 10 mins of my initial request. Note: there is no issue with their wifi, somehow we had managed to unplug the main router.”

“Prime location for a Lookout Mountain wedding weekend with four adults, two kids and a baby. We had a great stay. It is run by an agency/service, which has its pros and cons — I had difficulty securing an early check in, and then was charged $50 for access two hours early. That seemed unnecessary and the poor communication around it was frustrating. You could tell it was very clean, but many things you can’t clean in an old house — for example the carpet upstairs is decades old. Altogether, we had a great stay and we were grateful for the easy access to everything on Lookout!”

There were some inconveniences we faced, they didn’t not check the kitchen supplies in stock, we needed to drive to the convenient store to purchase cooking oil after we got there around 8 pm in preparation for dinner even though they confirmed cooking oil will be provided Parking is very tricky and they should work on resurfacing the driveways Mattresses should be better, I slept in the second bedroom and felt bumpy here and there. Overall, it is good experience.”

“We come to Lookout Mtn every year for Christmas. We chose covenant cottage for a 2 week stay this year and enjoyed it. The location is great, close to fairyland neighborhood and rock city gardens. Nice leafy walks. The home provided all necessary amenities and the fireplace was much loved! Just a couple things that prevented a perfect stay.... - When we made the booking we checked with management to see if they addressed the previous complaints about the mattresses. They said they did. but the mattresses were, unfortunately, the worst we have experienced. ended up sleeping in the kids bunk room because that was the only bed with a little support. - The owner showed up a few times unannounced and did yard work for an hour or so with leaf blower etc. Didn't lend itself to the feeling of privacy we were hoping for and not good for toddler nap times. property management was excellent! always responsive and helpful.”

“The house was very clean and organized. However, kitchen was stocked a little low for the amount of people. The driveways were difficult to get into, especially in the dark, don't recommend for those with larger vehicles. small cars should do fine. nice quiet neighborhood. close to a few parks and rock city.”

“Location was great for what we wanted to do during our 2 night stay. The house was fine for our short stay. We prepared meals in advance so I can’t comment on the stocking of the kitchen. Mattresses could all be replaces for more comfort though. Not enough seating in the living room area for the number of guests. We would have swept the floor but no broom to be found.”
