“Wonderful destination for our family reunion with 18 people! Space was clean and well appointed. Kitchen and coffee fix’ens were great! Big working kitchen for catering! The view was spectacular and this would be a great spot for a wedding or vow renewal! Lots of kid bed extra add on sleeping combinations for families! The grounds were well manicured and the house is in very good condition! EZ combo pad entry and ample parking for your group! This is quick jump into Mentone for some shopping or a meal. Hot tub was a hit with the younger guests!!! Thankyou so much! We will see you next year!”

“This was our second time at Cragsmere and, once again, it was a dream location for our girls weekend. I can't say enough good things! The double sectional sofas in the living room are the perfect space for our cozy hangouts. We did sunset yoga overlooking the valley twice, and we were so relaxed, we didn't even want to go out for dinner during the trip. Mentone Market down the street has the best pizza, snacks and artsy trinkets. This is a little slice of paradise and we will be back!”

“This was a great location for our family vacation. 3 generations, 8 adults and 4 kids and everyone enjoyed the house and the property. The kids loved the hot tub and we all loved sitting in the covered patio on the edge of the mountain. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. This is a great place for big families. If we were in the area again with a group, we would definitely book here again.”

“We stayed here for a Women’s Retreat and it was the perfect for us! The views were incredible, the home was very spacious and clean, the property was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We loved all the history and character of the property and the very spacious living room area. The heat and cool worked very well. The kitchen was amazing for hosting a large party. The host was very quick to respond and friendly. We thought we had an issue with the fridge but it was our mistake but maintenance arrived very quickly and was very professional and helpful. We will 1000% stay here again!”

“We had a great weekend with our family celebrating Christmas. This is a very nice unique home, with a wonderful view and there was plenty of room for our large family indoors and out. It was even decorated beautifully for Christmas which added a special touch for our family weekend. Our host Sage was very responsive when emailing. We would definitely book another stay.”

“This property is an absolute gem, and we already booked our next trip by the time we checked out. We were a group of eight women and it was perfect for us - if you don't want to share beds with other people, it could comfortably fit up to 12 or 13. The living room was a wonderful hangout space, and the kitchen is beautiful and well supplied with everything a large group needs. The property gorgeous and nearby Mentone had a couple of really cute spots to shop or eat. highly recommend Mentone market and Wildflower Cafe! The biggest downside was that the mosquitoes were savage. We couldn't enjoy the beautiful sunsets overlooking the valley because we were getting eaten alive (although they didn't bother us in the hot tub). That was a pretty big letdown, because we had planned activities to do at the overlook. Still, we would stay there again, nowhere is perfect but Cragsmere was close!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The views were absolutely stunning, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The boys especially loved the ping pong matches, they had a blast! We really appreciated having room to spread out and unwind. Communication with the host was wonderful, responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our entire stay. This place truly felt like a peaceful escape with everything we needed. “A very beautiful place! The photos of the valley do not it justice- according to AI we were able to see 40 to 50 miles west , and the rolling hills leading to the horizon added shades of beauty no matter the time of day. We were able to get a time-lapse video of the sunset with us watching and had an amazing time outdoors and indoors. The manor has a great deal of character as you would expect from any historical location. The kitchen area is massive, has a great living room/den area, and large dining hall. This was the perfect location for our family which varied from 2 years old to almost 80 years old for our gathering over an extended holiday weekend vacation. As someone who has done professional photography, I can see why this place is highly valued for events like weddings with its picturesque location and multiple facilities.”

“Due to fault on my own part I had selected a wrong date and the host was more than helpful in accommodating as much as they could. Extremely responsive and the location was absolutely stunning. With any cabin there were a few things like bugs and the a/c not fully functional upstairs but overall great space”
