“We loved our stay. Travelling with a group of 10 can be a struggle but this house perfectly accommodated all of our needs. The kids had room to play and all of the attractions were super close. . I personally love the aquarium but the biggest hit with the littles was the little Debbie park.”

“Easy stay; close to lookout mountain and rock city. 15 minute-ish drive into downtown Chattanooga. Yard was big, the kids enjoyed corn-hole and horseshoes (both provided). We grilled, used the fire pit and jacuzzi almost every night. Would absolutely stay again.”

“Great location. Older renovated home that was very clean, but also very minimalist. House has only the essentials. For a party of 8 guests we had a total of 8 towels for a 3 night stay (we did add 3 guest last minute though). For a house that can sleep up to 10 there could just be a few more cups plates, towels, etc. the bunk beds are also not necessarily going to sleep adults well. Bottom mattresses are literally on the floor, something I did not notice in pictures. All other beds are extremely low to ground too. Pictures but not as noticeable as in person. Showering for adults/teens upstairs was an issue due to the tiny size of doll house shower, thus all 8 of us had to share 1 shower. However, the house was very clean. Super cute backyard! Hot tub worked great. Great communication from owners.”

“Pros - Awesome location at the foot of Lookout Mountain. Very easy to get to. Loved the hot tub. Fire pit was great as well. Quiet neighbors, quiet street. Cons - Beds not comfortable and too low to the ground. House is dated, but that did not detract from the overall experience. Bottom line - Good value for the price on location alone. Don't expect anything fancy. Would only stay there again though if they got new beds.”

“We had a large group of friends staying at the house. In general it was pretty good, but house is showing some wear, on walls, bathtub... All door knobs were very loose, so I had to go around screwing them in the first day. Upstairs is short and since most of us were tall, we only could use downstairs bath. Location was pretty nice and quiet, there is no back fence in the garden so we saw the neighbors a couple times, but it wasnt a problem. Even though its over the border, its very close to downtown Chattanooga and Lookout mountain. Hot tub and fire pit were all nice. Driveway entrance is a bit steep, so anyone with a sports or lowered car will need to get some planks to enter it without scraping, but driveway is pretty big so that suited us since we had 6/7 cars there. Overall pretty good stay and Sage was a very nice host. Responded quickly to all of our questions and accomodated all of our last minute changes.”

“I stayed at this property with a group of 3 families. Everything outside the property was very good, as we enjoyed the Born fire place and hot tub for 2 consecutive days. Host was very cooperative and prompt to our requests and concerns that we reported. The only thing that was not appropriate was the room in the attic. It was quoted as 2 Bathrooms in the listing, but the bathroom in attic was not for an adult. The Bedding in the attic area was not cleaned up properly. There were amenities missing like basic condiments (pepper, salt), cups and glasses. We faced a safety concern during our stay which was addressed by the host promptly. I would request the hosts to address those concerns before any other guest check in that place. The house was very near to the town attractions so the commute was very short and easy. Highly recommend this location if you are visiting Rock city garden.”

“A friend and I met for a girls weekend away (3 nights). Being very familiar with Airbnbs we felt the quality equaled the price. The space worked well for us and the backyard was great too! Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the ease/distance of getting to stores and restaurants. The home however could use a deep clean (nothing disgusting just some areas needed more attention) and some updating BUT overall nothing that kept us from staying our entire time. We would stay here again and the minor updates would be great!”
