Sage was a fantastic host, always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and offering helpful local tips. They made sure we had everything we needed to settle in comfortably and even went out of their way to make sure we were good. The space itself was exactly as described and I really appreciated the privacy. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day and felt like a true retreat. We enjoyed being able to spread out in the space while we were there. We also enjoyed that it was easy to access and get around the city from its location. “This home was centrally located for anything you want to see in or around Chattanooga. Very easy to find. It is in a quite transitional neighborhood that is only going to get better with time. The hostess was the most responsive one I have ever dealt with. I am used to waiting hours or sometimes overnight for a response from managers of short-term rentals. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response to the few questions I had. The home is well appointed and just right for small groups. If I ever travel back to the area this home would be my first choice.”

“Great for our short visit to Chatanooga. House was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Tvs in all, but one of the bedrooms. Nice air conditioning. Location was a quick and easy drive to downtown, Rock City, Ruby Falls and other fun places to see. If you're in good shape and want a nice walk to downtown, it's doable. Nice place to spend with a few friends or family. Appreciated the parking space in the back. I would highly recommend.”

Easy drive to Lookout Mountain which is where we were visiting. It is in a neighborhood that is trying to be revitalized. There were older houses behind us and new apartments in front. Management was very welcoming and had good communication. Would stay again!”

“This was a pleasant stay for us on our girls weekend trip. The home is honestly much larger than it appears in that picture and it is located really near the interstate for easy access to downtown or the mountain. Everything was nicely set up and really clean. The back drive had a gate, so the car felt secure and safe. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.”
