“We had a fantastic stay at the cabin. The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown Helen, nearby hiking trails, and several vineyards. The cabin's layout was perfect for our group of four, offering plenty of space and comfort. After long hikes, we loved unwinding on the deck and taking advantage of the sauna and hot tub. A great place to relax and recharge.”

There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool table after a full day of exploring and hiking. “This was our first time to the Helen, GA area. The cabin was beautiful and was the perfect distance from downtown. We drove in twice a day, and the drive was only around 10 minutes or so. We loved the privacy of the cabin as well as all of the amenities! From the hot tub to the pool table to the indoor sauna, everything was perfect! Blue Creek's responsiveness was impeccable! Every question we had was answered within 20 minutes day or night! I would definitely recommend them as a host!”

Spent Christmas here and when we arrived there was Christmas music playing on the TV with decorations, stockings hung above the fireplace, a lit tree, garland, just truly a magical experience, and the outside view was breathtaking. “Our family recently stayed at this beautiful cabin in the Georgia mountains, and despite traveling under the heartbreaking circumstances of losing our grandmother, this home provided such a peaceful and comforting place for all of us to gather, rest, and reconnect with one another. From the moment we arrived, we could tell the property was thoughtfully cared for and exceptionally well maintained. Everything worked beautifully, the cabin was clean and welcoming, and it immediately gave us that cozy mountain feeling we were hoping for during such an emotional time. One of the things we appreciated most was the layout of the home. Having each bedroom on a different floor gave everyone a sense of privacy and personal space, which was incredibly valuable while traveling as a larger family group. “The cabin was great for my family (2 kids under 10 & 1 dog). We loved the warm hot tub, and building a fire in the outdoor fire pit. The fenced area was a nice addition for our dog to safely go to the bathroom. The cabin is very private and peaceful, and only about a 10 minute drive to Helen. We also appreciated the local guide provided for restaurants and activities. Overall, a great stay for our first time to the area!”

“Check in was a breeze, they send you an email with all the information. Cabin overall is nice. As others have stated, it is a bit dated and in need of a little TLC. Beds were comfy. Showers have removable shower heads (big plus for me). Hot tub got to temp just fine, though controls were meh due to age. Lots of spider webs and spiders around the deck area. We had to wipe down the kitchen counters due to an unknown sticky substance on them including the table (possibly from a cleaning agent not fully removed?). Couches are showing age, but comfy as well. Parking area is very tight, so if you drive a truck like I do, it's easier to just back in from the road. The road from the main highway to the house is all gravel and obviously very hilly. Prior to the stay, the host was very communicative. During the stay, we did call and ask for specifics on where to place the trash can. We received neither a call back nor an email. And for clarification from the photos, the main floor bathroom IS the master bath with a door to it from the kitchen and from the master bedroom. The other 2 bathrooms are on their respective floors.”

“The cabin was beautiful. In the living room there is only one set of blinds for about seven windows. There are some trees between the cabins but at night it is very visible. I would highly recommend them getting blinds for the living room. The hot tub was clean, cabin was very peaceful. The floors were sticky as well as the kitchen table and coffee table( possibly the cleaning solution or lack of cleaning?).”

“Cabin was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Neighbors had dogs that roamed free however they kept their distance when we were outside and didn’t seem to be a danger.”
