Treetop Escapes is a treehouse community located in the heart of Lookout Mountain in Georgia. The Dreams of Spring at Magnolia Treehouse is one the newest addition to Treetop Escapes and we cannot wait for you to visit!

At Dreams of Spring at Magnolia Treehouse you will find a captivating short-term vacation rental that blends outdoor adventure with modern comfort. The lower level boasts a beautiful living area, a well-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher, a private bedroom with a pristine full bathroom, a laundry room, and ample storage space. Ascend to the upper level and loft, where you'll discover two more inviting bedrooms, an additional full bathroom, tree net, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the loft area.

Other features that you will find when visiting the treehouse; HVAC for heat and air, WiFi, coffee machine, fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill, & a private hot tub!

PLEASE NOTE: We engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc.

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

Slippers and robes can be found in your treehouse for you to enjoy during your stay. If the robes are removed/damaged a fee can be charged to you.

If you would like to use the grill or fire-pit during your stay, please bring charcoal, wood, and fire starters.

This property is located in a mountain landscape in Georgia. Please advise this property does include steep hills, walking up and down stairs or hills around the property, and a mountain landscape. Please be aware of this before booking.

On the first night of your stay please allow for up to 3 hours for the hot tub to fully heat the water.

Exterior security cameras are in use.

Never Again too much money to not truly be able to enjoy yourself. So many rules and regulations. Why have a cabin “ in the woods” if you don’t want families and friends to come in and have fun. I also found strawberries in the upstairs bed, on the cover, and on the wall which made me feel uncomfortable on how truly clean it was. If you just want a place to lay your head this is the spot. If you want a place where your family and friends can be loud if you want to or let the kids run around and play or God forbid you want to have a wine cooler THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!

We arrived shortly after check in and cleaners were both surprised and annoyed by our arrival…so we waited in the car for over an hour for them to finish….once in we got settled and decide to hit the hot tub, however realized that every towel in the house was wet, they were washed but not dried…finally after finishing the laundry, we got the hot tub, which was only filled half way up…..so, we found the hose and waited 2 more hours for it to come up to temp….the house is perched at the top of the hill with no privacy, and the main drive going right below, there was a couple large parties on the site with cars going up and down the drive and leading into the house, with virtually no or curtains no blinds at all we were left feeling very exposed, not exactly the relaxing private mountain retreat we were hoping for

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The location was very close to Chattanooga. Lots to do but also quiet and remote enough to relax and unwind.

This was the perfect location for us. The views were gorgeous with quiet, serene surroundings. There are a few improvements that I would suggest. The back porch and stair case desperately need lighting. It is very dark and dangerous navigating the stairs at night. The sitting area under the house also had no lighting and was unusable when we returned back to the house for the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here. I would also like to mention the entrance drive is a very steep incline so be careful.

This is a very peaceful and relaxing location. The windows and view cured my depression for the weekend. The hot tub at sunset was the absolute best. Definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve at.

Absolutely will book again! Everything was beautiful and one of the best getaways we have stayed at in the area (and we have been to quite a few). Everything was clean, hospitable and perfect for a family. They were responsive with all our questions and made us feel right at home.

Was a great place to stay. A few minor things wrong with cabin. Light above kitchen sink didnt work, deck was dirty. Overall a great place to say. They said there was construction going on but didnt enjoy hearing a chainsaw at 8:30am. I would definitely stay there again

The host was always prompt when answering my concerns. However, they made me feel like I was trying to get away with something. There were 2 of us staying for three nights and we had 2 towels each, no bath mats. I contacted them about more towels and they questioned if I had someone else staying with us. She said that she would check and have more towels brought to us if they had more. Needless to say we never got the towels. All was okay because we realized that they had put a set of towels and each bunk bed so we ended up having enough. I felt like they thought that we were lying about the amount of people that were staying.

I really enjoyed my stay here. However, I do wish I was given a heads up about the roads in the neighborhood. It's a one lane road in/out which luckily was not an issue. No one came in when I was leaving. It's a very steep one lane though. Luckily the road in, is paved. However, the other road that led to the treehouse was all gravel & large rocks. 2 of our SUVs, got stuck at one point, as it's very hard to turn around. I wish all the roads were paved; I think it would make a HUGE difference. The actual house and views were lovely. The service was great. The house was clean. No place is perfect but i just wanted to warn others as a heads up to please come prepared. I am confident everyone will enjoy their stay here though! The hosts are great as well. :) I wish I could post pictures of the views. The listed pictures don't do it justice!

We were offered an $85 refund for the state of the property, which was inadequate for an almost $900 stay. The property’s condition did not match the pictures or the price. Positives: Nice location, design, and decor. Comfortable beds and nice linens, including bath robes (hopefully laundered). Negatives: House not cleaned prior to arrival. Can of half-eaten meat at front door. Floors not mopped, sticky/soiled areas on both levels. Vents full of dust/hair. Trash crammed under sofa. Dishwasher full of smelly dishes. Ice maker not working. Broken cabinet & insecure hardware. Shower hand sprayer not functioning, no tub stopper for the only bathtub (provided by management on our last day). Incorrect steam shower instructions. Used foil left on the grill. Fire pit in disarray melon rinds thrown around. Patio table not wiped, cushions on the ground. Sauna water very low with status indicating chemical replacement needed. The property was poorly maintained & did not meet our expectations.

Beautiful layout and design with great views! We enjoyed our stay but these things need to be addressed: 1. Entire home shakes when dryer is on spin cycle or when someone walks about (on steel cantilever supports or not) if this is normal, a note stating that so that guests aren’t uneasy about it their first time 2. Some knobs on cabinets fall off when you pull them 3. Ice maker doesn’t work 4. Inside Staircase has no support in the center (should have been built with an LVL spanning between two outside posts) it is already sagging 3/4 inch 5. No curtains in upstairs bedroom suite 6. Kitchen pans falling apart 7. Upstairs bathroom showerhead wand isn’t working properly 8. Home not properly cleaned (downstairs shower had hair and dirt on floor) 9. Big ceiling fan in main room doesn’t work (tried to put new batteries in remote) 10. Only had two trash bags. trash in outside container was still there from previous guest Thank you for listening to our feedback!

We had a good visit at this property. The house was nice and clean. I’d recommend the home for groups with older kids or just all adults because it is a bit noisy and the layout can be inconvenient for small children. Also, there’s not much room for kids to run around. Beautiful views and great amenities in the house. Lastly I’d echo some of the comments made about poorly installed handles on both doors and cabinets. Overall it was a pretty good property!

Very nice place, it’s not the hosts fault but our last night there was a short period of time we were without water due to a water leak. That was only a big deal because we were trying to get things washed and cleaned up to head out early the next day. Like I said, this is something that just happens sometimes and can’t be controlled, but was the only thing that put a cramp in an otherwise wonderful stay. We’d stay here again!

The place is very much like a treehouse. It’s up on a hillside and you feel like you’re in the treetops. It’s so peaceful and a great place to visit. It’s a quality built home with a very nice feeling to it. The beds were comfortable and the area it’s located in is great. You’re about 25-45 minutes from a lot of fun places and different little towns. We enjoyed driving around the mountains in the area. There are plenty of sights to explore if you just like cruising around. We will definitely try to come back one day soon.

The treehouse was beautiful and peaceful. We arrived later than planned so we did not get to enjoy the Airbnb like I had wanted. The description was spot on. I did not see the rule about the shoes until I read the refrigerator note which we quickly fixed.

beautiful property and new home! However it could use some small maintaince and did appear a bit smaller than expected. none of the doors/door handles were installed properly so the doors were hard to shut/didnt shut. being a house on stilts it's expected to be a bit noisy but you can hear and feel the house move anytime someone moved around. The showers also did not work properly when used at the same time. the one downstairs is hard to use with no instructions and the hot water scolded me while upstairs the shower was freezing. No instructions about the lights, tiny adjustable switch for the living room lights we missed until the last morning. I would recommended a house binder thay gives the details on how to work the hot tub, lights and shower, and just incase has emergency information about the house. to go the extra mile including recommendations for the area would be amazing! thank you so much for hosting us, overall all great experience just a few things could be improved.

The home and views were beautiful. A few things that were an inconvenience: there was no stopper for the tub drain. I have a three year who takes baths mostly. The downstairs shower was broken (my husband fixed it) and was difficult to get the water comfortable (first night was scalding). The bedroom upstairs could use curtains, especially when bringing kids… hard for them to sleep in or nap with the sun shining bright inside. Overall we enjoyed our stays, just had a few ideas to make it even better.
