“Beautiful treetop “treehouse” cabin feel. Had 3 teenagers and an 8 year old that enjoyed the loft hammock, 3rd level loft, and extra bed space. 2 adult couples enjoyed the king on-suites. Hot tub was great also! Make sure you turn it on an hour before you plan to get in. We did attempt to walk a loop and it’s not walkable. Great stay overall and we suggest coming to see the fall leaves changing and winter.”

“Place was wonderful! Close to Chattanooga along with many beautiful state parks in Georgia. The house was exactly as advertised, and the kids loved the net ceiling. The hot tub was perfect after hiking, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the sunset view from the deck. Would definitely stay here again.”

“There were so many areas to sleep in, including bunk beds. There’s also an area above the living room in this house that is made for kids. Personally, the best part was the jacuzzi outside. This really was worth the stay!”

“I can not speak well enough of the location and the host. From the check-in, to the stay, the beautiful location, the very attentive host. Extremely enjoyed. The only issue we had was the GPS had us confused of the location of the property. At night with the steep one way roads made it challenging. However if I had done more research or reached out to the host beforehand this wouldn't have been and issue I am sure.”

“We loved this place! It was spotless when we arrived and very well stocked! The hot tub and electric fireplace heat up quickly and it was quiet with the surrounding houses. The views are incredible but to get good views the drive in the neighborhood is steep!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, and the views are stunning! We saw some people hang gliding, which was a thrill. The host provided a lot of little things to make our stay even better i.e. providing k-cups of coffee, cider and hot chocolate, ample soap for the dishwasher and sink, olive oil, nonstick spray, toiletries in the bathroom, etc. in my experience, most places provide some, but not enough for your entire stay. Everything was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed to enjoy our stay there without having to worry about going to buy essentials. The house was big and had plenty of room. We enjoyed our time by the fire place and the hot tub. All the host were easy to reach and always responsive. Easy check in and check out. Great location to get to all the surrounding attractions. We would definitely stay again. We have already started making a list of things in the surrounding areas we want to see and do that we were unable to this time.”

“Great experience here. Far enough out of town for the quiet retreat we were looking for but close enough to attractions to drive daily. Privacy of the surrounding trees and tucked away. Was located directly below a hang gliding business. We enjoyed watching them. If you go toward Chattanooga, turn right at the stop sign a few miles away, drive about 3/4 mile to see the perfect overlook of the valley. It’s the road above the cabin. A must see. ”

“Wonderful place very private. Loved the fire pit area & hot tub for relaxing at night. Could use a few new skillets for cooking. Also, there was a table outside that we would have liked to eat breakfast & drank our coffee in the mornings but there was only 3 chairs. Other than that perfect stay & would definitely stay again! ”

“We loved this house and would definitely stay again. The house was super clean and exactly as described. The kids loved the net and sleeping loft. Excellent views and so many places to gather with the family: s’mores at fire pit, watch the sunset under the pergola, games at the dining table, or just watching tv in the living room. The location was perfect we didn’t have to drive more than 30 minutes for everything we wanted to do. We had a great time and really enjoyed this home. A couple of minor things I would suggest, a panty or some shelving for guests to use in the kitchen. We brought a lot of snacks and food for our family of 8 and had nowhere to put it. Extra towels, especially for the hot tub. A key/bag/coat hook at the front door. These were just a couple of minor inconveniences they would not prevent us from staying here again. Loved it! ”

“We loved the cabin. Everything was clean, we had plenty of towels, check in and check out process were easy, and the management company was very responsive. The cabin is in a little town so there are not local conveniences but they are a short drive about 20 mins away. Our group consisted of two families and we had plenty of space. The cabin is well designed, everyone enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the giant net. ”

“This is a beautiful, peaceful location and an amazing house!! Sage was extremely helpful and kind. Our power went out and before we even realized it, someone texted us saying they were hoping it would be on in a few hours. It was on 30mins later or less. I do wish there were less trees that somewhat block the incredible view. The two houses to the right had a little better view. The net inside was a GINORMOUS hit with our 3 and 5 year old. It was their favorite part of our whole vacation by far.”
