“My husband and I had an unfortunate streak of events happen to us for an entire week straight and we were in desperate need of a quick getaway. We drove a little over an hour to stay at this cabin and it was honestly one of the best getaways we’ve had! We slept in, made breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen, drank coffee, did yoga on the porch and listened to the birds, bing watched Netflix, and soaked in the hot tub while drinking wine. We drove up to Chattanooga for dinner one night. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!”

“Great place!! Had a lovely stay with my family for a quick getaway. Everything was perfect, except for the surprise of the guest house being rented out to others. Wasn’t a huge deal, but took away from the expectation of remoteness a little. Other than that everything was fantastic! There was plenty of wood for the fire pit, the hot tub was clean and cozy, and everything was clean and comfy.”

The only one complaint I had was having one shower in the whole place, sharing that with six people was harder. The mattresses could be slightly better.”

“Charming and clean place. Please be aware there isn’t a dishwasher and the smaller cabin that is available for rent is three steps from the front porch. Not a biggie if you have family or friends staying with you, but close quarters when it is also booked. The WiFi could be a lot better. Overall, we loved it! The fridge does leak and doesn’t have an ice maker. The living room rug needs secured because we slipped several times. The hot tub was a bit cloudy. Overall we would stay again! The bedding was nice, clean and comfortable. The decor and style of the cabin was really cute. ”

“Place is literally magical. Very clean and well kept, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, The wrap around porch was great for privacy and the hot tub was well kept and clean. Staff communicated very well and quickly answered all questions. great hiking trails close by to the camp, check out Cloudland State Park to see some magnificent waterfalls. Highly recommend whole experience.”

Traffic doesn’t pass by often but would’ve liked if it was facing the house . The fire pit area was really nice , even though there wasn’t any firewood , there was plenty of random branches laying around to make our own. Overrall experience was a 10.”

“Wonderful location and peaceful area. Cozy cabin look and feel. It can be a bit cramped with more than 4 people but for 2 it was fine. Great fire pit outside, there was some wood available. The outside lights are wonderful. The hot tub and hot tub area was nice and private. We had a wonderful time. I removed a star because no matter what we tried the fireplace did not work. Possibly out of gas. And the next door cabin I feel was a bit deceptive in the description. It boasts being private but it is possible you will have neighbors in the next cabin which is located on the same lot and within feet of you. It does take away and ruin the experience of privacy and ruins the mood. This in itself takes away from the magic of the place and also doesn't make the price worth it. Maybe if you knew the people who would also be staying there it would be better but having strangers that close takes a lot of way from the experience.”

“The place is stunning, well stocked, and very very clean. I found the amenities very appealing for families. The Wi-Fi is pretty slow but to be expected. The host was more than helpful and responsive. Please be mindful there are bears in the area, so the garbage cans must be buckled or else it may be turned over by some critters. We had that issue when we first arrived, a turned over trash can. I let the host know via text, and even though we arrived after dark, the trash was cleaned up when we woke. Excellent service. But I have serious problems with the other rental that is literally so close to the falcon Lodge that it basically keeps that entire back patio and area off limits due to respect for other renters. And the amenities are not clearly labeled, if privacy is your goal, as it was ours, beware that their could be another renter's family about 30feet away from you. But still highly recommend for large family gathering, not a romantic secluded private cabin as we hoped for.”

“This is a very cute cabin that is perfect if you want to truly feel like you’re away from everything. Everything was very clean and the hosts were quick to respond. My family loved making s’mores at the fire pit. Be aware there is another cabin very close and the guest used our hot tub while we were away. The hot tub also took a very long time to reach temp. The floors are also very creaky which was a little tricky with small children. I think that’s just typical cabin though. Overall, we had a great stay!”

“WILL RETURN! Very private, peaceful and WE HAD A BEAR!! Our son had a diabetic emergency and ended up having to come last second. We had a fire, saw a bear, played games and just had some family time! He left his wallet and the housekeeper found it and made sure we got it back the same day. Such a sweet cabin! Loved the hot tub area (until we had to share it lol) I will say we wasn’t expecting the other cabin at all and when those guest arrived we were SHOCKED. I didn’t even know there was another cabin attached until we arrived. But it all worked out.”
