“Most enjoyable, my wife and I had a fabulous time and the cabin was very comfortable. If I have any complaint it would be the height of the bed. I'm a short fat guy and had to really work to get in bed. Once in bed I slept all night and that was fabulous. The area was full of colorful leaves and quiet at night. Had a great time and will recommend it.”

The cabin was clean and spacious, we loved being right next to the woods and surrounded by greenery, and the highlight was definitely the outdoor tub - it’s huge and so relaxing to lay in at any time of day. “Outstanding stay. This was our second time, and this was even better than the first. Some updates and improvements were made to an already lovely, cozy cabin which enhanced the esthetic and helped elevate it to a modern, yet still quaintly rustic, cabin experience. Every amenity was still available; cabin was super clean; bed extremely comfortable; communication with host was timely and friendly; superbly convenient location. Even though the cabin is in a little “complex” of cabins, it still offers privacy. Absolutely love this cabin. Highly recommended!”

“Wonderful, safe getaway for just my daughter's and I. If you are looking for a space that's private and safe to bring your children, then book this. We stayed in the "Good Times" cabin. It comfortably fit all 4 of us. You could even have a family of 5 and there would still be plenty of room. The back porch had an amazing soaking tub that was private, very much enjoyed. The onsite laundry room and play ground were positioned right in front of this cabin which made it very manageable with kids. I would highly recommend!”

“Our family of four had such a great time here! Such a charming little place and just the right size for our family. With two young kids the playhouse, zip line, and swings made the stay so enjoyable. The inside of the cabin was so rustic, cozy and cute! Our boys loved sleeping in the loft area, felt like a fun sleepover to them. We enjoyed using the outdoor tub on the back porch, such a unique experience. Sitting on the porch swing in the morning with a cup of coffee was a delight. Would love to visit again! I would caution those with very small children that this would not be the right place to stay as the ladder to the loft is pretty steep and high up, but that’s about it!”

“The location was amazing. I traveled with a 5yo and 8yo. The separate loft area and playground right outside the cabin was amazing. It was a great location, close to other areas like Asheville and Chimney Rock, but still felt like a cabin in the woods. Highly recommend!”

“Wow! Magical cabin in a magical forest. From start to finish it was even more than I imagined! The pictures are beautiful but being there in person really felt like a dream or a place out of a story book. The cabins that I stayed at: Ma's & Pa's & The Good Times Cabin were both extremely comfortable & equipped with everything needed. The forest was peaceful & picturesque. I was there on the peak week for fall foliage. It rained but it was still beautiful to look out the windows & sit on the covered porch swing as well as take a hot bath. The host Sage was super responsive & helpful throughout the entire stay. The location of Cabin Fever which is where all of the cabins are, is perfect because it's about 7 min to the hwy & 10 min to the closest Ingles supermarket. There are several parks to go hiking, sightsee or if you want to take a ride to downtown Asheville its a quick 38 min ride with beautiful views along the way. All in all I give it a 10/10..Can't wait to return w family!”
