“Our stay here was great. There were 8 of us in Chattanooga for a golf trip. Plenty of space in the house and lots of activities to keep everyone occupied. And local restaurants close by that were good places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The spacious home had plenty of room for 14 guests. It was very quiet and private. All of the beds were in great condition and clean. The hot tub, table tennis and pool table were great activities for everyone during our downtime. The location was minutes away from Publix, which was really great when it came to preparing for our Sunday meals.”

“We had a great weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for our large group and the house was very well equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the convenient location close to downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain. The gravel driveway up to the house was definitely much steeper and rougher than we anticipated. It wasn’t an issue for our suvs but definitely something to be aware of if you drive a small sedan.”

“This is a great house for groups of people who are close to one another. We loved all of the communal spaces: the big kitchen, dining room, living room, and the porch would be fantastic in warmer weather! You are also near good hiking and only 15-20 minutes from Chattanooga. This is best if the group knows each other well (like we do) because one of the bedrooms has three big beds and a huge bathroom, with an extra shower and toilet. But there’s also lots of space to spread out to only use that room as a Primary suite. We also loved that the house is away from other houses and has many trees. There is even a lovely walk up to the ridge from the driveway. And the hosts were very responsive and even came to fix something late on Friday evening! Enjoy it!”

The outside living space was inviting. Great to feel like you’re in the woods, secluded, but then be downtown in just 10-~15 drive. Would stay again with a large group.”

“Booked this place for a group of church ladies in town for a conference. It’s a beautiful home with great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future. Note the driveway is bumpy and also we booked 11 months in advance and wanted to change our stay to 3 days instead of 4 but even that far out, the cancellation policy is only a 50% refund for cancellation. We may rebook for next year, we would like to but it’s hard to commit for that many ladies that far in advance because change happens. Other than that, the house is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

All supplies needed to cook. Private place surrounded by trees. Big porches that fit us all. Response time for messages was quick. No issues! I highly recommend. We would love to come again!!”

“Our children and grandchildren had a great time using the pool and hot tub, playing pool and ping pong. The rooms were large and spacious with plenty of TVs and room for cooking and eating meals. We made great use of the outdoor area in the front for having "Olympic Events" for the kids and setting up a "Luau" night. Plenty of spaces for parking cars in covered area as well as on the driveway. It was a 15 minute drive to most area attractions and restaurants. Beds could be comfier. There were closets but the rooms lacked any type of dressers or shelving to put clothes. They mostly had to stay in suitcases on the floor which isn't ideal for a week's stay. Overall it was a great place for the family to enjoy a week together.”

“Plenty of room inside and for parking. The driveway is super steep and bumpy so go slow and be safe! Convenient drive to a lot of things. Peaceful environment, loved the pool and hot tub. Very responsive host. A bird got trapped in the house before we arrived, so we had to spend a bit of time escorting her out safely, but the host rallied the cleaning crew to come clean up the bird droppings while we were in town. I recommend this stay!”

“We had a great time at this location! We had a family gathering of 12 and the space was perfect. Plenty of hang out spots, parking, lots of room to spread out. The house was not as new as the pictures made it seem. There were a few cosmetic issues we were not expecting but it didn't change the use of the house. The photos just made the house seem more refreshed on the inside than it was. Host was very responsive and helpful as we planned our trip.”

“The house location, sleeping arrangements, and three bathrooms were perfect for our six-person girl trip in Chattanooga. Five had their own bedroom and one slept on the lower bunk in the basement living room area. The front porch and main living room area were great for hanging out together in the evening after exploring Chattanooga. After reading previous reviews, we were concerned about the gravel driveway, but it was in good shape. Previous reviews also mention dust/dirt (the need for a deep clean) and bugs. The deep clean has definitely not been done and we saw many bugs, including some very large ones. The first floor bathroom had many bugs on the shower ceiling, a nasty shower curtain, and a gurgling toilet. While there, I communicated all of this to the host, who said it would be addressed.”

“Our family group of 15 had a wonderful time. The outdoor spaces were amazing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the clean pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating for our large group when eating or just hanging out in the living room. The game area was a huge hit for our younger folks. We had a plumbing issue the day we arrived but it was handled in a timely manner. Host was friendly and communication response was prompt. The bathroom layout was a little strange with 2 toilets in one area but we made it work. The driveway was steep and rutted as described but we all made it up with just a bumpy ride. Nice private house for a large group to have a great time.”

“Overall, we had a great vacation stay here, but the arrangment was not quite a listed. Overall, the home needs some repairs to the floors in the hall on the main floor. The vinyl planks have large gaps and look shabby and unconnected. It feels like there are some "soft spots" in the floors. The kitchen stove and center counter need to be updated. For the price, I expected better accomodations. On a positive note, the living room arrangement was much better than pictured with more seating. There were more stools than pictured for the kitchen/dining area which worked very nicely for us. The bunk beds in the basement were pushed up against the stairs which was fine, but not as pictured. It was nice of the host to leave some dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, soap for dishwashing, bug spray, etc. We didn't use the firepit, but it was stacked with wood and ready for a fire. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub.”
