“The kind of place that gives you hope in AirBnB again, this surprisingly cozy industrial loft is everything you need to have an amazing tour of southwest Michigan. We rent with Kenneth often and all his spaces are clean, comfortable, and uniquely Benton Harbor. This particulat loft was equipped with the perfect amount of amenities and some surprising extras (a turntable, some albums, and a French press). Totally worth every dollar ... and then some.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay here! If only we could have stayed longer! The place was exactly as pictured/described and we found it very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood had a great little coffee shop and breakfast spot within walking distance (less than 5 min). Being located in Benton Harbor is great as well, since it's less expensive than some other beach towns but still close enough to visit them all too. Overall, we would certainly recommend it and hope to come back again soon!”

“The loft is exactly as pictured and is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The noise from the Pilates studio is very minimal. Off street parking and building entrance felt safe and secure. The local gem, The Mason Jar, is walkable and a must for your trip! Would gladly return.”

“Positive: Newer industrial condo that is next door to a great place for breakfast or lunch called the Mason Jar and it’s only a half mile to a championship golf - Harbor Shores Golf Course. Also, the condo is about a 5 minute drive to the beach, downtown St. Joseph and lots of good restaurants for dinner. Negative: Condo is located in an area that is slowly trying to recover and has some blighted neighborhoods close by the unit. Also, the parking lot in my opinion could use more lighting. We never felt unsafe, but these things I mentioned are noteworthy.”

“The unit was great, exactly as pictured and extremely clean. The location is also perfect if you're wanting to be in/around Benton Harbor, St. Joe's, and Silver Beach. It's worth noting the unit is above a pilates studio, so occasionally there's some noise travel, but it's sporadic and wasn't too early in the morning or late in the evening. Kenneth and his team were very proactive and responsive. Thanks!”

“i had a great stay ! the place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into. check-in was simple, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay. the kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay and home-cooked meals, which made it feel like a home away from home. the decor and design of the apartment were great, and thoughtful touches throughout the space made the experience even better. would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area !”

“Kenneth and his management team were very helpful during our stay! Communication was very quick and thorough. We loved the space, well kept and nicely furnished. The entry was secure, and having designated parking spots was very convenient. The building, parking, and loft met or exceeded our expectations. Also, there is excellent food very close to the loft. The Mason Jar for breakfast; and The Livery has pizza and Mac & cheese (we got bacon and white sauce) to die for. This area of Benton Harbor is being revitalized, but plan to go to St. Joseph for most of your outings. Benton Harbor is still as a whole, quite questionable as far as safety is concerned.”

“This place was beautiful, just like the pictures and descriptions. The neighborhood was filled with nice places to eat and look at the art stores. I enjoyed that it was also a 5 minute drive to a private beach and main beach in St. Joseph. My only issue was the Saturday night gatherings at the clubs and bars. Unfortunately there were many police that evening that had to defuse the situation. There is also a class for yoga perhaps downstairs in which you could hear in the morning/early afternoon. Besides those things it was a beautiful stay and I would stay again.”

“I enjoyed my stay in the loft very much! Well decorated and spacious. The area has a lot of great food options - and I enjoyed visiting the Mason Jar and the Livery. It was also convenient having the pilates studio right downstairs and I popped in for a class during my stay.”
