“The stay at Sage’s place was great! We were in town for a tournament and needed a place for the team to rest and eat. There was ample space for the whole team, ping pong and pool tables for entertainment and a nice little backyard. Sage was super communicative. They were in the midst of some updates on the space and she let us know ahead of time what to expect and provided some snack for our inconvenience which was so so thoughtful. If we find ourselves in this neck of the woods for another tournament, I’ll definitely be looking to rent this spot again.”

“Great value and plenty of space. However be aware the space is fairly spare in furnishings and commonly needed things like trash bags, instructions in the home are part of a managing company which means they don’t fully relate and it’s obvious there is a bit of a disconnect and the space lacks the personality and touches you get with owner managed Airbnb’s. Lots of little broken things, furniture literally installed partially upside down, one of the chairs in the living room had a broken leg, the some decorations still had tags on them (the tiny bit that was in he home). Home kind of has a well used frat house feeling but the space is large, beds are comfortable, neighborhood is great, and overall value was good.”

“The South Bend Bungalow was cozy and spacious. It was great for what 18 of us needed with room to spare. It definitely has potential to be even better and looked like maybe they were in the process of updating it more. We really enjoyed the pool table and dart board. The home was in a nice area, close to lots of things. We had a few minor issues that I wanted to bring to attention as soon it was noticed and our host Sage was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!”
